EASY FITTING PROCESS 
REVOLUTIONARY FITTING TOOL What You Need: The OPRO mouthguard, the fitting tool, a ceramic bowl, freshly boiled water, a spoon, a timer, and cold water.
HEAT YOUR MOUTHGUARD Pour freshly boiled water (100°c) into a ceramic bowl, insert fitting handle into mouthguard and immediately place the mouthguard in the water.
BITE DOWN HARD Using the fitting handle pop the mouthguard centrally into your mouth and bite down hard.
COOL DOWN AND GO Put mouthguard in cold water for 20 seconds. For best results, refrigerate for 15 minutes or leave at room temperature for an hour before use.

We suggest using OPRO cleaning tablets to ensure your mouthguard stays hygienically clean and minty fresh. Do not use toothpaste or anything abrasive as this will cause damage to your mouthguard.
