I would not mind being buried with this puppy and take it into the afterworld with me. There I could staple all my important papers, fresh out of heaven’s laser-jet, with this effective, well-built, compact and attractive, reliable staple, for eon after eon…
I’ve used the stapler approximately 10 times and it doesn’t work anymore. Not impressed.
Solid stapler and made in the USA. Undecided about the built in staple remover but it is for home use so not concerned with that.
Amazing quality and good price. Best of all made in the USA!
I like the stapler it is well built and works as advertised however I thought I purchased something made in America. The product doesn't say assembled in America from foreign and domestic parts until you receive it. I just want to keep American jobs here, and while this is close I would prefer it to be 100% American made.
Staplers seem like a simple thing; they either work or don't.I can't stand staplers jamming on me or failing to staple, so when I went to buy one, I knew what my candidates were: Swingline (down in quality since their glory days), Ace (I inherited a bunch of sixty year old Ace Pilots, but they're getting frail, and good luck finding a new one for sale), or El Casco (bit pricey. Just a bit.)You can imagine my surprise when I saw this pop up in a google search. An american stapler? $15?Yes, it is. And the pictures don't do its die-cast, powder-coated shape justice. It's a paragon of good engineering, removing some complexity and problem spots that show up in a Swingline, and yet managing a more solid feel, better ergonomics, and an easier stapling action. It's far handsomer viewed down low than the vendor's pictures suggest, and also holds in the hand a lot better than expected: the powdercoat and good rubber base mean it takes very little hand pressure to hold it upright. It's easy to load staples; It clicks open easily but once clicked back shut, is very reliably closed. The ergonomic downside: it's slightly tippy, side-to-side. Not noticeably so, but I knocked it over on my desk accidentally, a minor irritation for sure.So how does it work?Pretty darn good. I took some cardboard from the packaging and stapled it together with the supplied staples. Then I did it again, in the same spot, fifteen or twenty times. As advertised, it just wouldn't jam, and it worked easily even with staples stacked atop one another. The bottom line:If the heavier-than-normal gauge springs or the copper anodized follower or the excellent finish of the castings are any indication, Praxxis will be selling these staplers, and lots of them, for a long time to come.
It is not easy finding a brown stapler, and I must admit that was why I bought this one. It is an average length, not too small or too long. It feels good in the hand, very sturdy and heavier than most staplers. The bottom is rubber (I think) and it will not scratch your wooden desk. It is easy to load. It includes a staple remover, but given the weight I think I'd use a lighter staple remover. And it's made in the USA, something hard to find these days. I highly recommend it. The way it is built, I'd say it should last a lifetime.
After having issues with all staplers made in China I was excited for a product made in USA with great reviews. Ordered one to try it and would've purchased lots more for my business if it worked. Since the first week its been jamming. Same as Chinese products. Don't bother.
I had this stapler before but someone broke itand repair was not an optionI was happy to order another but the seller of this item incorporated a courier service that was very poor —hence my stapler has not arrived at time frame indicatedThe poor 2 star rating is due to the flaw in delivery—the stapler is terrific!! and I wouldrecommendJa’Nell M Brenner
Buy this now. Best stapler ever. it is solid and heavy and gets the job done. I have used the "other brand" for years and the quality of this exceeds the "other brand" It's a heavy in weight so if you want something that is light in physical weight this is not for you. Has a great stable remover on the end too. This will stay with me for a lifetime unless someone steals it. Don't hesitate to buy this now. Bonus it is made in the beautiful state of Oregon.

The Oregon Stapler by PraxxisPro
Our Story
Having produced staplers for the big brands for over 25 years, we at PraxxisPro felt it was time to bring one home to Oregon. But not just any stapler, one with superior design and ergonomics plus features, performance and unsurpassed quality. Designed, assembled and packaged in beautiful Bend, Oregon, The Oregon Stapler will be the last and only stapler you will ever need.
Did you know that most office staplers have a setting for "pinning" or temporarily fastening papers that are meant to later be separated? Pinning makes staple removing easier and prevents mangling of your papers. Just push up and rotate the bottom plate so that the staple legs splay outward rather than curl under.
The Oregon Stapler is built tough to withstand heavy duty use in any environment, while also looking classy enough for any office setting. Perfect for your warehouse or shop or in the executive boardroom. It can also withstand the heavy demands of a classroom without jams and breakage.
The Oregon Stapler is tough and rugged but it also has a soft side. The Oregon Stapler's soft rubber base makes for a comfy grip and prevents it from scratching or dinging your desktop or other work surfaces.
Take a look at the staple window on your Oregon Stapler. If you see silver you've got staples. If you see copper you're about out. Time to refill!
The Oregon Stapler looks fantastic on the outside. But looks can only get you so far. That's why we focused on producing a stapler that functions as great as it looks. What's the most common problem with other staplers? They jam! The Oregon Stapler's precision-engineered magazine ensures that staples glide smoothly along the rail, delivering jam-free stapling. After assembly in Bend, Oregon each stapler is tested for functionality and must meet strict standards to move on to our packaging department and eventually into the hands of our valued customers.
