My third Govee purchase and enjoying the quality, ease of set up and that they are an economical choice compared to Hue. They we’re installed on a 75” TV and you can see that they have a minor issue on corners where the cable bunches up as these are designed to fit up to a 80” TV where this wouldn’t happen. While the range of TV these are said to fit, 70-80”, I think the minimum is closer to 75”. Despite this minor issue I am satisfied with them and would buy again

This changed how my wall and room looks & feel like after installation.It changed the whole vibe and ambience of the room.Then the App has so many features and controls and options. You can schedule things, have soft feel or warm feel or change into pop and rock & roll.Then mix is very sensitive and lights react to any sound, voice in the room or nearby.An awesome and out of the world experience.Great productGood quality.Only problem is with stickiness of the plastic pieces came with the Sri toe that are not too much sticky.The strip is veer well stocked behind the tvIt’s been few months now and product is working flawlessly.Great buyStrongly recommended.

I think that this has to be one of the best Tv backlights around. I have tried different ones, all I have really liked all of them so far. But this backlight has so many lighting choices to choose from its difficult to pick just one. Technology really amazes me, and the price also amazes me too. I think that this was a great light and at a great price too. I normally like remotes with things, however, most seem to interfere with my other devices, so the apps work well too. Being that this has both bluetooth and Wifi that will work, that was the game changer for me cause if internet goes down then your in trouble. But these lights operate with bluetooth. As i am writing my review, i am still amazed and watching these lights. I have them at only 50% and still very bright. And also, it was a little tricky to install however, i think every tv is different but really not matter how you put them on your tv in the back, you still get a great light show, and kids will love these. I am having fun just switching back and forth trying the different lighting effects, so if you are thinking about purchasing this, i would say.....go ahead, for the price i think its an amazing deal if these hold up for a long time. I would take pictures however i do not think that you can really see how nice these lights are, i am sure others have posted videos on here and you really cannot see the effect through video, just spend a few dollars and buy these..

Overall, these lights are terrific. They light up the living space with vibrant colors and bright effects. The RGBIC feature was something I didn't know I wanted, but now I can't live without. Especially in combination with other Govee lights, these strips bring some amazing ambiance and life to a room.The strips themselves, as others have mentioned, are overall good, but have some flaws.First, the good: I love that the strips are black so they don't clash with the color of the TV. Also the dedicated corner wires make it so you don't have to deal with the confusion on how to twist the strip around corners without breaking them, so that's a big plus. I have a 55in TV and these fit around the back rim perfectly.The major flaw comes in the adhesive. This can really be hit or miss. For example, 3/4's of my strip had good ahesive that has stayed secure for months now. However, out of the package, the last 1/4th of the strip had very little to no adhesive at all and could not hold itself up. Fortunately, Govee rectifies this by including some dedicated mounting brackets, so I was able to use them to finish mounting the strip. It would be better if the mounting brackets were colored black instead of white so the colors don't clash, but functionally they get the job done where the adhesive fails.Despite that, the lights and the many patterns are great. The app itself to control the lights can be finicky, but after taking a few minutes to walk through the app, you'll find the basic functions. I wish that there was a way to slow down some of the light patterns, as some of them are extremely fast moving.Overall, I would highly recommend these lights. They are affordable, versatile, and have a wide variety of features. The adhesive can be hit or miss, but regardless, these lights are terrific.

I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but the Govee LED TV backlight strips have completely transformed my space. The vibrant glow they cast behind my wall-mounted TV adds a cinematic vibe that elevates everything I watch.Installation was straightforward and quick. The adhesive holds firm, even around corners, and the cord length is generous enough for different TV sizes or placement setups. The Govee app made it even easier all I had to do was connect to my WiFi.Performance-wise, they’re responsive and bright with no lag. The range of colors is incredible—you’re not just stuck with presets and the brightness is adjustable so you can go from subtle ambiance to bold glow in seconds. There are animated light themes too— some fade, pulse, or shift through colors, which looks especially cool during movies or parties. You can even create your own personalized themes and animations if you’re into custom lighting.My only minor suggestion would be to tidy up the cords for a cleaner look something easily fixed with a few clips or a cord cover (which I plan to add soon). That’s just me being picky about my own setup. If you’re even considering this, just get them. It’s one of those small, affordable upgrades that makes your space feel upgraded in a big way.
