Beautiful matching boom arm. Only thing missing for this price point is the pop filter. So im discounting one star. That or could have made it less expensive.

Outperformed expectations. Was looking for a way to communicate in discord without wearing headphones which don't have good mics and are uncomfortable. Didn't think it would work to use a microphone while still allowing sound to come through television speakers. Thought it would reverberate/echo.I am amazed that the tv is turned all the way up yet the other people in chat can't hear anything but my voice. They say my voice sounds broadcast quality even though the mic is 2-1/2' away from mouth instead of the 2-5" recommended by manufacturer.Much more comfortable setup than wearing hot headgear.

As a professional sound engineer, I knew the minute I opened the box this was the best money spent on a USB mic ever. And two seconds out of the box I was still blown away by the quality of the of sound because it worked IMMEDIATELY as both a microphone with a mute mutton and a professional quality headphone jack for my system which doubles as an analog stereo output to any mixer. Sennheiser is legendary company for all these years because they don't make junk. I am buying several of these now. 10 Stars. Compatible with anything on earth. And unmatched clarity compared to any other USB mic I have.

I waited to write a review on this until after I used it for a bit. So this is replacing my Blue Yeti, and I have to say I love it more then the yeti. The sound is great, and the controls are easy. Best part is there is a mute button. Picks up my voice from the desk as I have not put it on a boom yet. Surprised that I don't have issues with picking up my keyboard or music in background. Something I had issues with on the Yeti. Some folk thinks that not having 4 pick up selections like the Yeti is a knock, but that is really not. Most people will only use front facing. The build of the mic feels very high end. All Metal and feels like it demands a space on your desk. The size is small, but don't let it fool you. It packs a punch where it counts and will make you sound pretty darn good without having to adjust any software.

Niestety firma Sennheiser ostatnio bardzo obniżyła jakość i wprost przyznaje, że jej tańsze sprzęty psują się bardzo szybko. Cóż - kapitalizm. Ale ten mikrofon nie jest tańszy, więc po pewnym czasie używania wszystko jest z nim ok.

This microphone is great, super fast and easy plug and play with everything you need on the microphone but the only thing is when using the ps5 you have to use the headphone audio jack because it keeps switching but maybe with some playing around in the settings you could fix that and i highly recommend a microphone arm if your in a loud environment then turn the mic volume down it blocks out tv noise and has a quick mute button so if your dad is yelling at your brother to do his work that has been due for 6 weeks and just starting on now non of your friends will hear it

Ich bin Jahrelanger Nutzer des Auna Mics 900b und bin mit der Qualität auch sehr zufrieden. Nun nach 8 Jahren funktionierte es immer noch, allerdings störten mich ein paar Kleinigkeiten schon längere Zeit. Das Mikrofon nahm jedes Geräusch im Zimmer auf und auch der Anschluss über das "Druckerkabel", sowie fehlende Möglichkeiten zum Stummschalten, störten im Alltag.Das Kondensator Richtmikro war geboren und unter anderem brachte Sennheiser nun auch ein ziemliches umfangreiches auf den Markt. Das Sennheiser Profile USB. Als normaler PC Nutzer verzichtet man hier gerne auf Studioanschlüsse und bekommt dafür einen tollen Standard USB-C.Zur Klangqualität, kann ich nur sagen. Top. Sehr ausgeglichen und man muss nichts mehr einstellen. Es ist jetzt keine Weltneuheit aber auf einem Level mit anderen Mikrofonen wie meinem Auna Mic oder Mikrofone wie dem Rode Podmic oder NT. Und das für einen sehr fairen Preis von ab 90€. Aber was deutlich besser ist, ist die Isolierung der Stimme. Hier können viele andere normale Kondensator Mikrofone nicht mithalten wie das Auna oder andere. Natürlich sind diese vielleicht auch teilweise genau dafür ausgelegt, den gesamten Raum aufzunehmen. Aber genau deswegen, bezieht sich meine Rezension eher auf den normalen PC Nutzer, der gerne mit Freunden reden will oder in einem nicht isolierten Raum Gesang oder anderes aufnehmen möchte. Mit dem Mikrofon kann man sehr zielgerichtet, in sehr guter Qualität, Musik oder Stimmen aufnehmen, an einem Computer.Zusätzlich bietet das Mikrofon tolle Buttons um Beispielsweise, den Pegel (Stimme/Aufnahme) lauter zu drehen und die, falls vorhanden und genutzten, Klinkenkopfhörer von den Seiten einzustellen und das ausgegebene Audio wieder auf den PC zu übertragen. Ich nutze nur die Mute Taste und die Pegeleinstellungen, deswegen kann ich zu den Funktionen, interessant als Musiker, nicht so viel sagen außer, dass sie funktionieren.Zusammengefasst bietet das Sennheiser Profile USB, eine Top Tonqualität, Zielgerichtete Stimm- und Musikaufnahmen. Viele Pegel Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und Ein- und Ausgabe Features am Mikrofon selber. Sowie einen einfachen Anschluss am PC. Top für den Preis m.M..Das Mikrofon ist nicht für Menschen, die am Mischpulten o.a. im Studio arbeiten wollen. Es richtet sich an den normalen PC Nutzer, der eine sehr gute und isolierte Stimmqualität haben will. Und das macht das Mikrofon sehr gut.

This mic saved so many problems!My wife and I share a home office, and when we are both on calls at the same time people on the other end could hear both of us talk. With the directionality of this mic, that is no more.The on mic muting button is great as I find myself using that more than the option in meeting platforms, and it turns the light red so I can easily see when I am muted.I looked at many mics before deciding on this one, and decided on it based on the value and quality that Sennheiser offers.This mic was easy to set up, and works well with both my Mac and my PC. I have used with Teams and with Google Meet calls, both with no issues.

This microphone works great and the boom arm is a must have for many application. The boom arm is made extremely well and far surpasses any of the cheap secondary arms out there for the price difference between this package and the one without it.If you want good quality, ease of use (plug it in and start using it, no software necessary). I had to use a USB-C to USB-A converter but that did not affect its functionality at all. Having all the necessary controls on the mic without having to go into any mic settings on the pc is also extremely friendly to use with no real sound transfer when using them. The mute button doesnt cause any noticeable clicks thru the mic either.I ise this for several purposes but mostly for voice chat while gaming and proper positioning doesnt pick up keyboard clicks with a quieter mechanical keyboard.On a side note it also pairs nicely with other specialized microphone software for much more control of its sound quality or style if you need that, such ss the SteelseriesGG. Doesnt quite have the sound quality of a Shure but the price difference for me doesnt justify paying so much more for the Shure. A true audiophile may think differently but for a good quality, feature rich mic with a boom arm that is easily worth $100 in itself, this is a great microphone set.It can easily do everything you need for quality gaming and even podcasting for those starting out and not wanting to break the bank on a high end Shure. I’d look into a Shure later if your podcasting starts to make you money to justify it but until that point you may just live this Sennheiser for a long time, and it will certainly last you for as long as you want it to.

This microphone replaced a Blue Yeti that stopped working. It's much smaller than that microphone but does better at rejecting off-axis noise. The single pattern pickup that the Sennheiser hasn't been an issue for me as I use this for video call meetings I take at home. I like how it's completely plug and play with no software required. It's working well with my mac.I paired the microphone with the Samson MD2 Desktop Stand, and the microphone sounded even better as I was able to get the microphone closer to my mouth (but still out of the camera frame).
