08-03-2026We have one senior cat who was losing weight. His vet ran all the tests, thankfully his liver and kidneys are fine but he was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. He has to take meds to control it. We got this scale to monitor his weight. We also just adopted a younger rescue cat that we'd like to monitor his weight/growth as well. This scale works very well and appears to be accurate. I like the hold feature where as soon as you can get them to hold still for a couple seconds, the display "holds" the reading so you can see it even after you take the cat off the scale. Even with a wiggly cat, you can manually push the hold-feature to make it save the reading. The tray is removable so the scale can be used for humans (babies through adults) as well. The tray conveniently separates into two halves so it can be stored back in the box when not in use. All in all, this works perfect for our needs and I highly recommend it.

08-03-2026This scale was extremely helpful when I was tracking my baby’s weight gain. We weighed him before and after eating. I put a burp cloth down on the tray that attaches to the scale and he is very comfortable on it. It’s extremely sturdy. You will want to put it on a flat surface like a dresser or table. The weights are accurate and I love that you can see the grams. It rounds to the closest 5 or 0 when in grams, which is so precise.

08-03-2026Bought it for my kitten/cat lmao I appreciate that the top comes apart in 2 pieces for easier storage but wish I’d thought through that she has to be airlifted each time because if she steps on it from one side it’ll come apart and scare her. Great scale though, no complaints. Good battery life. The “hold” feature keeps the weight in display for a good amount of time.

I compared mine to a professional lactation consultants and it was a very minimal difference! Weighing in between feeds to see ounces gained for breastfeeding. It folds up small and is simple to use. Just turn in on and it’s ready. Really enjoy the dual purpose that you can use it as a regular standing scale as well.
