08-03-2026Bought this to hide the cords when we mounted our tv on the wall. Took about five minutes to do and was very simple. Much easier than installing a whole new electrical outlet. Makes for a nice, clean look. Will buy again if mounting another tv and would 100% recommend.

08-03-2026Great kit & the drill bit & dry wall driller were great. There were complaints about the drill bit coming off after first hole. It’s easily resolved w the hex screw they include. Just put it back in & tighten it on the side of the cutter unit. Anyways, great product & highly recommend. Easy to use & my tv looks good now!

08-03-2026Worked great just used it yesterday to drill an access hole to run all my tv/ Internet cables. The hole saw drilled through the wall very quickly with ease. The cable grommets are rubber and seem to fit snuggly in the hole. I may use caulk around the inside edge to make it a more permanent fixture

08-03-2026This simple TV cord hiding system is easy to install and elegant. It doesn’t offer more advanced features to extend power outlets or provide in-wall wiring conduits, but if all you need is a simple hole with a nice cover to position behind a wall mounted TV with an exit hole/cover down closer to the floor, than this is probably a good solution for you. It includes the rubber hole covers, which are well designed and stay in place without clips or fasteners, and a good quality hole drilling bit (perfectly sized for the hole cover, obviously).Some tips: You will need a drill and a good stud finder, since the holes need to be between wall studs (and you will want to avoid accidentally drilling into a water pipe or electrical wires). Also, the drill bit is designed for dry wall (maybe even with a thin wood paneling), ideally 3/4” thick, but not more than 1” total thickness. It is best that the interior of the wall does not have insulation in it, if it does it will be difficult or impossible to snake the power cord and other cords thru the wall cavity. It is best if there is a piece of furniture under the TV, since this will hide the cable hole closer to the floor. If the TV power cord is not long enough consider snaking a good quality extension cord thru instead of the TV power cord (probably not to code in most places, but neither is a TV power cord).
