- Step 3: Connet with the External Device - Choose Input Mode and Connect with the Correct Cable, connect the subwoofer to your device (such as TV) via the matching audio cables (included). Connect the cable to the correct "AUDIO INPUT" Slot of the subwoofer and choose the "INPUT" mode you want to use.

I got a text from someone saying how can I help with your purchase or repair? They asked me to pay a fee to send me a new product through PayPal now I am trying to contact Amazon to resolve this problem with this device I have power, but no sound out of any speakers. I am happy with the device
