Because they are made so cheap you’re taking a risk that they could break while trying to take care of your baby. Don’t risk it, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Came with a brush, comb, thermometer, nasal aspirator, nail clipper and files, medicine spoon and dropper, scissors and a bunch of other items in a cute sturdy pouch.
