Great Product
I tried the Barista Pistachio milk after going dairy free for better health. It was difficult, at first, to find a comparable option for half and half for my morning coffee but this stuff is as GOOD if not better! It has a great creamy texture especially after whipping it up with a frother (nothing fancy, just a hand held). It doesn't "water down" the coffee like almond milk and is creamier than oat milk. Plus, it adds just a slight nutty flavor to the coffee. I am not a flavored coffee drinker so I can tell you it doesn't add that much flavor to the coffee but it does make a scrumptious cup!
I love how creamy and fragrant this is. I bought 6 more after trying the first sip.
I had been wanting to try this for awhile and finally ordered it. Sadly, item arrived with the seam where cap is attached already opened on side and was leaking in the box it was delivered in.
Problem with other barista textures this was believed to be smoother, not clumpy . pistachio cottage cheese sounds delicious
Not all plant based milk is created equal. Wanting to test something different for the morning coffee routine we ordered this pistachio milk and was delightfully surprised at how well it foamed and how great it tasted!
I am probably going to regret this, especially since the milk is as low as it is right now (July 2025): if you do get some of this milk, chill it - then mix with some chocolate syrup and ice in a blender. Dubai chocolate is too doggone expensive right now, but this will at least get you a drinkable version. All that to say -- this is some awesome stuff.
This is by far my favorite of the flavored options from elmhurst. It has a very smooth and creamy texture; tastes perfect on its own, with a biscuit, in coffee or on top of cereal. It is rather pricey but the quality is great, and in comparison to other brands with so many fillers and thickeners added with hardly any actual nut flavor, I won’t compromise by substituting this brand with any other.
It had a weak flavor. Not thick & yummy. Just thin. Wouldn’t buy again.
