Truly blown away with the quality. All of it, everything. High quality materials, not cheaply made at all. Haven’t used much yet but so far I’m very happy with purchase. Recommend.
This is a great set, a little bit of a funny odor when arrived, but nothing outrageous or room clearing. It came as advertised and with all the attachments. there has been no cracking in the bands whatsoever yet and I have had this for roughly a year now. I use this in conjunction with my squat rack to do seated rows and it really works my back, I use this for just about every accessory exercise imaginable and it hasn't steered me wrong yet. worth the money and a good addition to a home gym.
These are as good as free weights or better because of the increasing resistance of the bands. They are heavy-duty, and very high quality. Research shows these are just as good as heavy weights to build mass and you won't injure yourself like you can with heavy dumbbells and heavy bars. These are well worth the money.
These are the best a lot stronger more weight pull and if you look online there are many workouts to be done. We take them on holidays with us.
I was given a set of resistance bands in the past they all popped on my. I was lucky I didn't get whiplash from any of the bands 4 of them broke while I was exercising. I chose these myself they are heavier rubber that so far has held up and there are six different bands which are good for many exercises.
Background: We recently moved, so I had to sell most of my time-acquired gym and lifting equipment. We just don't have the footprint I need right now to continue using a power rack and free weights. I kept my kettlebell set (goes up to 88 lbs) and bands and was hoping I wouldn't lose too much muscle mass if I just kept up with those for now (Height 6'1", weight was 230 lb when max bench 300 lbs, squat 405 lb, deadlift 440 lb, strict overhead press 185 lb, but generally do work in sets of 5 and up to 20 reps depending on the workout cycle and my goals that cycle, to provide a reference). My previous bands were the connected loop ones, where individually, the largest one would provide somewhere between 80 - 160 lbs of resistance. They, unfortunately, had begun to dry rot and become unsafe. After seeing the reviews and Amazon recommendations, I purchased these, hoping that in combination with my kettlebell set, I'd be able to generate enough resistance to maintain at least most of my gains until I can find other alternatives. So, with that, I've been using these since purchasing them, and they are, unfortunately, not a good fit for me.I like that they appear durable.I don't like that I can't really test this durability and resistance very well; however, because each individual band is overly long, they will never really get their durability tested unless I only use them with door ankers or individually, double-wrapped about a post or something. That said, using them that way ends up generating too much tension at the maximum pull. Hence, they just end up pulling your whole body weight in the opposite direction during movements vs. you being able to maintain enough footing to continue to drive them forward efficiently. There is also a "how to use these effectively" guide that I saw it came with before I purchased it. I liked the idea of this and was looking forward to it because then I wouldn't have to put on a resistance-engineering hat in order to figure out how to invent banded workouts for these specific bands. Unfortunately, you do, though, because, again, the bands are so individually long that if you set up like is shown in the guide's examples, you can't actually do any of the exercises (no resistance)! If you try to add more bands, it either doesn't help at all (due to the length as well) or adds too much tension during parts of the exercise, as described in the previous paragraph. Finally, the nice and durable-looking handles and ankle/wrist straps don't work all that well with the overly long bands because they end up adding more length :-( I'm finding that when you try and rig something that will work to get you the tension you need, you then face issues with painful rubbing or wrist straight/comfort.I may look to return these bands and see if I can find some others that are half the length, as that seems like it would be a better fit for me, given the details above.Update: I greatly appreciate that the company reached out and offered me a refund for my trouble. Thank you. Since this product did not work out for me, specifically, The customer service here is beyond expectations.
I use these daily and really like them. They have a great, consistent resistance. I highly recommend these bands.

Light to medium weight. Durable and extremely portable. The equipment is all very comfortable to use and it really works wonders. I'm a 28 year old guy and Ive been using the 55+35 together to do my arms, chest, and back. I have it attached to the top of my door. I can do my entire arms full circle with it like this. Turn away from the door and you can do your chest, biceps, and triceps well. Turn around and you can get your back and triceps also. I've also managed to do ab work outs kneeling and holding a single handle behind my head and touching my head to the floor.
As an old bodybuilder with injuries I use bands for the last 7 years. I had been using the ptp band system but they wore out so I tried these because of the cheaper price.Weak! .. Their 20.4kg is smaller and weaker than ptp 14.9kg. As you can see in photo. The other sizes are also weak. I have doubts about their durability due to the feel of it.These bands are on par with the super cheap bands you can buy except these look good.
I haven't had them for long enough to tell about the durability but they feel very high quality and definitely get the job done! The paper of exercises they give is very nice, categorizing them by what they work out and showing exactly what muscles it works out. Definitely a must buy if they are durable.
Good enough for the price! The quality is good and you get different exercise options which is great! Good for beginner fitness levels!
Before I get to my review i'd like to write a routine for the beginners so they can get started right out of the box. Start with the lightest band, if its too light go up the bands until one challenges you but isn't so difficult so that you can't finish a routine. Each exercise is to be done for 45 seconds with 60 seconds rest inbetween. Use the 60 seconds to position the anchor where it needs to be for your next exercise.Note: For shorter people you may find the bands are a bit long. Im not tall and for some of the exercises I remove the handles and hold the ends of the bands instead. Its not too taxing on the hands and will make them stronger anyway.Get a bottle of water and turn up the music.Band alternating biceps curlBand Two Legs Calf RaiseBand bent over rowBand standing crunchBand standing rear delt rowBand PushdownBand Standing Chest PressBand bicycle crunchBand Straight Back (Seated Row)Band Standing Hip Extension (R)Band Standing Hip Extension (L)Band overhead triceps extensionAlot of people get themselves all stressed out when it comes to diet. Beginners don't need to, beginners just need to start out by making small changes, like choosing low fat foods that are high in protein, fibre and healthy carbs.Food labels tell you all you need to know. Keep the junk food for the weekends or maybe just on a Saturday.Tip: Try eating smaller meals more times a day rather than 3 big meals a day. Consuming protein and carbs regularly throughout the day will benefit you more.Choose wholegrain cereals, or mix some in with your favourite healthy breakfast cereals.Plain porridge with fruit makes a warming winter breakfast.Whole oats with fruit and low-fat, lower-sugar yoghurt makes a tasty summer breakfast.Try a baked potato for lunch – eat the skin for even more fibre.Instead of having chips or frying potatoes, try making oven-bakedpotato wedges.Have more rice or pasta and less sauce – but do not skip the vegetables.Try breads such as seeded, wholemeal or granary. When you choose wholegrain varieties, you'll also increase the amount of fibre you're eating.Try brown rice – it makes a very tasty rice salad. After a short while you'll no longer be a beginner and will start to think about protein shakes and other types of supplements to help you.The Bands:These bands really are good value, I am not a beginner but I haven't trained for a couple years. They are challenging me and will challenge a beginner to a point they will notice a physical difference within a couple months if they keep at it.I have given these bands a hammering and they are staying solid which is good obviously. No signs of them snapping. The straps and carabiners are also well made and feel solidly safe. The anchor that comes with them works perfectly on doors in the home. Over, under, down the side of the door making it simple to do virtually any band exercise. My only gripe is that the stopper on the anchor is more of a soft foam than hard rubber. This hasn't affected it working well but for peace of mind i'd rather it be hard rubber. You also get ankle starps which work perfectly well and are well made. A sheet of exercises and a handy little storage bag also come with these bands.Best 50 quid I have spent in a while.
