08-03-2026I’m immune compromised. I bought these for visitors to my home. They’re so well made that a guest of mine who comes religiously every Sunday now has her own with her name on it to use with a mask & gloves & a cubby to keep the gown in. The only “drawback” to them is that they are made of such thick material that in the SoCal summer heat even with the air conditioning they can get too hot. Ironically a friend that visits prefers the cheap disposable ones that she can pick up at her retirement community for free and just throw away when she leaves, because they are so thin that she doesn’t get hot in them. There were only four in the package; so they can get pricey. When I was quarantined in the hospital recently the staff had to put one on and off each time they entered or exited the room, even if they just forgot something across the hall at the nurses’ desk. That was quite an expenditure!
