The NT1 Signature Series comes with a studio-grade shock mount, pop filter and XLR cable, and is made from premium components in RØDE’s precision facilities in Sydney, Australia.
Really great beginner microphone. It’s a bit heavy, so finding a good stand has been tough. My clamp arm works the best. You need an interface to connect the mic to so it can work with your computer, so keep that in mind. It’s a great quality mic and feels high quality too. The sound is very clear especially after editing it in software. It’s a pretty standard size mic so a lot of stands are compatible with the thread size. It’s a great value!
I recently upgraded to the RØDE NT1 Signature Series Condenser Microphone with SM6 Shockmount and Pop Filter, and it has been a significant improvement over my previous Deity VO-7U.Sound Quality: The RØDE NT1, connected to my Scarlett Solo 2i2 4th generation, delivers incredibly lifelike sound. The clarity and detail are outstanding, making my recordings sound much closer to real life compared to the Deity mic. The NT1 captures the nuances of my voice beautifully, providing a rich and natural sound.Build Quality and Design: The microphone has a sleek black finish and feels solid and well-built. The included SM6 shockmount and pop filter are excellent additions, effectively reducing unwanted vibrations and plosive sounds. The overall design is professional and fits seamlessly into my recording setup.Ease of Use: Setting up the RØDE NT1 was straightforward. The shockmount and pop filter were easy to attach, and connecting the mic to my Scarlett Solo 2i2 was a breeze. The microphone is user-friendly and works perfectly with my existing equipment.Performance: The NT1 excels in various recording scenarios, from vocals to instruments. Its low self-noise and high sensitivity make it a versatile and reliable choice for any recording task. this microphone sounds amazing. The quality sounds professional and It picks up every sound that my voice creates. I will definitely enjoy recording music with this microphone. Overall this is a great microphone and I recommend it deeply for those who are looking for a cheap and reliable microphone.
Great quality! I two different Scarlett microphone models with my Scarlett interface but this upgrade is well fitting for my voice over classes. I can se the difference while recording remotely from home
I had been using a Shure condenser performance microphone for recording original music vocal compositions, and needed to upgrade to a true condenser recording microphone. Conducted a lot of research and finally decided on the RODE NT1; paid around $150 for the mic, shockmount and pop filter - RODE also included a mic cable in the package, which was a nice surprise. Proof was in the actual use in recording my vocal material in a home recording studio. Paired with a Scarlett Solo 3rd gen USB audio interface connected to my Mac laptop, using Garage Band to record vocal tracks. Easy to use, great sound quality of mic, and simple to share music files with my instrumental collaborator in another state. BIG improvement over my old setup - discovered just how much I'd been missing in making my previous recordings. Very happy with this RODE microphone, and I'm glad that I upgraded to it - just wish that I'd done so sooner.
This mic is working perfectly for my voice-over work. It's easy to set up and is very sturdy. Rode products are excellent and I highly recommend.
Probably the best LDC within this price point of sub 170$. It also comes with EVERYTHING you could need (besides an interface/stand) which for the price is very generous and respectable.Fairly smooth sound, although, I give it 4/5 stars due to it sounding - to me - worse than the fourth generation of the same mic. Which is a shame, because I adored my voice on the NT1 fourth generation. Overall though, for this price, this is just lovely. 8/10
Great mic, worth its reputation
I love how it picks up vocals for its price (which is roughly the same price as I paid for my previous AT2020, which was quiet and it was annoying). I really think you can enjoy it and record some professional vocals with that (not sure about instruments, haven't tried yet). It feels sturdy, metallic and solid. Comes with a really good pop filter (easily adjustable) and a pretty solid shock mount which are also a nice.

I've been using this mic for about a year now, it's really high-quality
This microphone offers excellent value for money. It’s a great choice for both home studios and professional studios. Sounds crisp and it is so easy to set up. The microphone has a great shape and comes with enough accessories like a shock mount and pop filter to get you started almost immediately.I’m going to be using this one for a long time I found it plug-and-play because it even included a good-quality XLR cable.

What comes with the NT1 Signature Series?
Alongside the microphone itself, the NT1 Signature Series ships with a shock mount, pop filter and a 6-metre XLR cable.

Yes. Like most condenser microphones, the NT1 Signature Series requires 48V phantom power (P48).

You will need a USB audio interface with an XLR input that can supply P48 phantom power, such as the RØDE AI-1.

The NT1 Signature Series is a side-address microphone, so you should aim your sound source or voice at the gold dot on the side of the microphone.
