- NON-ALCOHOLIC | Sip and savor a refreshing alcohol-free Provence Style Rosé to experience an authentic wine with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Our na wine goes through 14 days of fermentation, handled to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness, and left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by gently spun cone technology, under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that it retains its distinctive body, color and flavor.

Amanda Thomson, the CEO and Founder of Thomson & Scott has always had a keen interest as to what’s in her food. Raised on a plant-based, no sugar diet by her health-conscious mother, Amanda is now an advocate for greater transparency in wine production and labeling. She wants consumers to know what’s in their bottle. Vegan-friendly
Our commitment to producing vegan-friendly products is unwavering, as we completely avoid the use of animal by-products in our filtration process. Whether or not you follow a vegan lifestyle, you can be confident that our production process does not involve any crustaceans, eggs, or fish at any stage during production.
This wine is an elegant Provence style rosé with aromas of summer berries, giving way to fresh apricot and a balanced palate with a gently lingering finish. The Noughty Rose is made with a mix of 99% Chenin Blanc & 1% Pinotage grapes. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current.
All Noughty drinks are sustainably sourced.
Produced using grapes harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region of South Africa. With 14 days fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The non-alcoholic wine is left on lees for 2 months to add complexity.
We never use any animal by-products in the filtration process, meaning that all our bottles are vegan friendly. Even if you’re not vegan, you can rest assured that there are no crustaceans, egg or fish used at any point during production.
