08-03-2026I Love the PaleoValley meat sticks so much but they’re so expensive so I decided to save money and order these instead. I have to say I did not like Wenzel Farms as much, due to the texture is too soft and moist to my liking, has liquid film on them, almost slimy that I did not enjoy. And I did not like that 2 meat sticks are packaged together in one wrapper, which is a waste for me. Because I can only eat one stick at a time, so I have to refrigerate the other stick for the next day and they do not taste good cold. The slimy liquid congeals into a lard-like consistency when refrigerated, not enjoyable to chew on. I notice many customers do like these, so don’t be afraid to try them, you may not be bothered by the texture, but for me it’s a No. I will be returning to PaleoValley for future orders.

08-03-2026So, the flavor on these is....probably good. The texture is overshadowing, however, by a high amount of fat and grease. Can I taste the flavors? Yes--for a second before the fat comes into play. I appreciate the clarity of labeling and the gluten free aspect but they are very fatty. Probably GREAT if you are hiking and need that fat for energy, but for riding in the car, it leads to frequent rest stops.

08-03-2026These meat sticks are pretty good and a decent price. Bought some as a gift for my dad who liked tjem a lot so I tried them myself, too. I like most of the varieties but wish they a little stronger flavor to them. I'd buy them again though, for an easy and pretty good snack.
