08-03-2026I bought this desk Side Storage so I could relocate my MBP off of the desk top to gain more desk space. Since I use my laptop completely in Clamshell mode, I didn't need it on top of the desk. This certainly met my goal. It installs easily, quickly and securely to the edge of the desk and has a solid pocket space for my 14" laptop. It can accommodate any size laptop or tablet. The self has padding to prevent it from scratching your laptop and it has a "grippy" texture to keep the laptop from easily sliding around. When the laptop is placed in it, there's still additional space to store file folders, papers or perhaps additional equipment. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love that is it sturdy and has plenty of space to fit paper, a book, and a laptop/tablet. This is exactly what I needed to assign a place for his HW and to keep organized with his tasks each week!

08-03-2026Deceptive ad listing photos - if you look at the photos in the ad listing you will see that the metal is relatively thick. The photos would suggest that the metal is multiple millimeters thick - like 3-4 mm. What you actually receive (see attached photo) is just thin stamped sheet metal. The reason this matters is that the sheet metal version is much flimsier than the thicker item in the ad listing.

08-03-2026I thought this would be a really great addition to my limited desk storage situation... but I am finding it's practicality is limited. The 1.6in width, in practice, is only able to hold a couple of notebooks— but that's really fine! I have one planner that I want to keep within reach but out of the way, and this organizer is perfect for that.The two hooks underneath, I think should face the opposite direction. At least with the design of my desk, it's pretty difficult to hang anything on that side that you could easily access.

08-03-2026This installs with just a few turns of the adjustable screw-like holders and feels very secure and sturdy (it is surprisingly heavy).I have it on the side of my rolling laptop desk that I use to hold my second laptop or other little things that is somewhat of a "side table" for me. It holds folders, legal-sized note pads, and more.I am primarily using it to hold paperwork and mail that I need to tend too soon, and it's already helping me keep up with things.A great value, installs in seconds, and holds on tight!

08-03-2026This fits our standing desk that we bought from IKEA.it's pretty straightforward, you unwind the knobs and fit it to the side (that you prefer) of the table and screw them back on as tight as you like.it fits just a bunch of notebooks and papers though - it was definitely smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it works per what it looks like it does!holds bunch of stuff to help clear out clutter from your desk!definitely back to buy 1 more for the office!

08-03-2026I purchase on of these as replacement for the laptop stand I had for the top my wife's desk and after seeing how practical it was, I got one for myself too. Easy to install, no tool necessary and it has a holder for the power brick. I use a different tray for all my cable management, but it is nice to see that they included one.
