UPDATE: Contacted JLab support and the team made it right for me. Sent me a new set without hesitation. The new ones sound better and deliver the same volume between headphones. Very pleased with the second pair. Upgrading to 4 stars from 2. Good to see a company stand behind their products!I used a pair of JLab Go Air Pop (non-plus) headphones for about two years almost daily before having occasional connectivity issues. They sounded more than decent for the price, stayed connected pretty well, and had an excellent fit in my ear that stayed in place even during exercise. So when I found out that JLab made the same earbuds with a “be aware” (e.g. “transparency”) mode, I immediately bought them.I’m incredibly frustrated with how much of a downgrade these are over the previous model. These are the issues I’ve encountered:1. The earbuds take much longer to connect when pulled out of the case. The old ones connected in 2-3 seconds after the “JLab on” alert; these take probably 6-7 seconds, which is annoying.2. The out-of-the-box sound profile is more V-shaped (bass and treble boosted) than before; this can be adjusted but requires the install of an app. The originals sounded very good out of the box. These sound cheap without the app, and not quite as natural even with it.3. The tiny USB-C dongle is less convenient than the USB-A dongle on the previous model. I get that everything is moving to C, and this wouldn’t be an issue if it were a port I could plug a cable into rather than a dongle that plugs in, but most vehicles/devices/power strips/etc. still use USB-A.4. MOST PROBLEMATICALLY: the volumes frequently get out of sync between earbuds, and the left bud will often be about half the volume of the right bud. This seems to be completely random and happens with any device I pair it to. Sometimes I’ll go all day without an issue, and others, I can’t get them to play at the same volume no matter how much I pop them in and out of the case or reconnect. Two stars because they’re still perfectly functional and the battery life is excellent. I wish I could return these and buy the older model again.

We've been using JLab earbuds for 3+ years. These are an upgrade. Love the small charging cable and the different tone options. These are very affordable. And as someone who tends to lose small things, the price point is appreciated! Fit, sound quality, price is nice.

Best headphones I’ve ever gotten by far. I had these a while back and I had to repurchase (nothing was wrong with them except I had accidentally left them in my pocket). When I put both headphones in, I can’t hear a single voice around me. They connect very quickly and the sound quality is wonderful. They also stay charged for a very long time, and are easy to use. I wouldn’t waste my money buying AirPods because these are much better and infact cheaper. They also stay connected within a certain range of your phone. For me, I could leave my house and they’d still be connected if I was a half mile away. Very good, and worth it!

I have a couple of sets of earbuds and a couple of over ear headphones as well as I am a bit of an audiophile and I sit at a desk for 40+ hours a week editing PDFs. I have a mac and an iphone so I tend to not stray too too far from the apple ecosystem but my almost 5 year old airpod pros are finally not holding a charge as well so its been time to look at getting something else enter these.Right out of the box they were SUPER easy to set up (plus they have a JBL app that gives you EQ and tap settings for these. I have a different EQ for different situations for my different headphones (again a bit of an audiophile so I like to get things sounding the way they should haha) but these are actually pretty decent even without changing the setting it comes on. I messed around a bit and have a custom one already but...These are honestly WAY MORE comfortable than my airpods so far. They sit almost completely inside my ears and because the "aware mode" seems to more so turn off any noise cancelling features instead of turning on the mics I dont hear any of the extra noise like fabric (sweatshirt hoods) or air from fans over the microphones...I cant talk to calls or anything but honestly these seem like a solid pair of headphones and I am glad i did finally take the plunge and try them out!

Holds a charge for a full day of use in office, commuting, and when needed at home. Both sound cancelation and sound enhancements work well; I like to use the noise cancelation by itself just to make white noise. Connecting to each device was simple and quick and I was able to edit the controls on the earbud's sides easily within the app. You get 3 different sized buds to fit different ears and they hold themselves in place well, even with a conch piercing. Price was also great for what you get.

These are very easy for my elderly father to pair and listen to on his walks. He loves that you just pop them in your ears and they're paired and ready to go. He loves the charging case as long battery life as well! The sound clarity is decent enough for listening to audiobooks, podcasts, etc. I do miss having noise canceling, but it's safer for him when walking by busy streets anyway. I was worried about losing one of the ear pieces because they're so tiny, but so far so good. My husband did lose one of his at the gym though. For the price they're a great deal. They fit well in the ear with three different size options. Two things I don't like: the sound skips sometimes if my phone is in my pocket. And they pair to my phone sometimes when they're still in the charging case and I don't need them, which I fear will make the battery run down quicker.

Conforme et ergonomique parfait. L’extinction automatique des écouteurs apres une certaine durée d’inutilisation necessite d’avoir quand même le boîtier sur soi pour pouvoir les rallumer , ça peut être contraignant.
