08-03-2026Works great on my dji mini 3 to put bait out 100 yards plus. First day I used it I got a big fish but wasn’t able to bring it in cause fishing knot came undone all my line was almost out of my reel. I now replaced my reels string to braided and learned to tie better knots that don’t undo themselves I love this air drop

08-03-2026I did get this device today. I am planning to use it on the DJI Mini 4 K to drop bait lines into the ocean from the beach. I tested it, and it works fine, but after dropping (aka turning the hook on/off) 5 times, the hook goes out of alignment and is no longer perpendicular to the device. You need to push on/off button 8 -10 times to complete the circle in order to make it somewhat perpendicular again to carry the load. I am not sure if my device is defective or it's poorly built, where the on/off trigger overturns the hook each time by 5 degrees.
