08-03-2026I bought four of these and they work well. The exception to this is that the remote control won't enter learning mode so I can teach it the remote control commands from my TV remote. I had bought an earlier generation of Android TV box with remote and had no problem entering the learning mode by holding down the power button as shown in the attached picture. I hold the power button for more than 10 seconds and the red light flashes but never stays on as the other remote did.

08-03-2026I was able to install this device in five minutes and it started working as soon as I powered it on. It instantly connected to my wireless network, asking for my WiFi password. Be sure to have the passwords for your streaming services handy as well as extra HDMI cables. Definitely worth twice the money I paid.

08-03-2026Bought this box as it had Android 13 already installed, have a couple of issues with the box and not sure how to address.1) the supplied standard remote cannot be programmed to control a tv although the facility suggests same.2) The other keyboard has a light but needs to be activated every time you use the keyboard. really hard to view and use at night.3) First Android Tv box that you can't change the name, so having 2 of these on a network will become an issue.If you want a cheap android box to experiment, then by all means buy this, just be prepared to troubleshoot

Easy set up with 3 steps:
If you experience network connection issue, please check whether the Ethernet or router work normally.
If you choose WiFi as network connection, the distance between the tv box and the router is advised shorter as possible.
If you experience some issues with application incompatibility, please let us know. We will soon respond and provide available solution for you.
Please make sure connecting the HDMI cable correctly between the tv box and tv, incorrect connection might cause screen frozen or abnormal display.

If you encounter a situation where the keyboard does not control the screen, we suggest you to follow the following steps for code pairing:
Plug the receiver into your computer.
Press “FN+F1” at the same time.
See the signal light flashing in the upper left corner of the keyboard.
Bring the keyboard close to the computer to receive the signal.
You can control the mouse on the keyboard, then the code is completed.

1. Connect the tv box to your tv with HDMI cable.
2. Connect the tv box to the power plug.
3. Select available WiFi or Ethernet for network connection.
Warm Tips:
Network connection: Ensure your network is normal. Also be aware that not connecting Ethernet and WiFi at the same time, please only choose either WiFi or Ethernet for network.
Trouble shooting: You could try fix issues by restoring factory settings through this path: Settings/Device Preferences/Factory reset.
Display issue: Please make sure connecting the HD cable correctly between the tv box and tv, incorrect connection might cause screen frozen or abnormal display.
Remote issue: Due to the factor of app version itself, some apps such as netfx, it does not support using the remote control for navigate, for better experience please use wireless keyboard or mouse.
If vertical lines appear in the TV screen during use, we recommend that you test the connection with another TV first, and if this problem still exists, please tell us in the first instance.
