Tropical punch; this is my favorite flavor, organic and better for an energy drink. I love how it doesn’t make me shaky or feel hyper I get very focused. They have a sweet flavor like an Alani Nu along with the fizz. To me this taste like a slightly muted Alani Nu, but has AMAZING ingredients. My forever favorite energy drink go buy this!!!! I tell everyone to get these and everyone love them!

I don’t typically like sparkling drinks. They are hard to drink. They tend to make me feel bloated, and usually they taste terrible because they’re meant to be on the lighter side, calorie wise. For example, Celsius sparkling drinks. I LOVE the non carbonates drinks they make! But the sparkling/carbonation side of them make them hard to enjoy, and the taste is not as good as their non carbonated drinks. If you’ve tried them, you know what I mean.These drinks are also sparkling, but somehow they aren’t as “carbonated” feeling and tasting! Impressive! They have a perfect balance for that effect. Makes it easier to chug when I’m in a hurry.Was also worried about the taste! I’ve never tasted Yerba mate, so I was expecting a very strong earthy taste. It mostly taste like a delicate mint taste with a mild “artificial” sweetening aftertaste and a hint of tea.Seriously impressed. Usually when you see all these healthier ingredients you know it’s good for you, or better for you anyways, but you know it’s probably not going to taste very good. One example of a “lighter” drink such as this one, or similar anyways as far as the use of “better ingredients” in the product, is the jocko willink energy drink. In the ingredients list, you will see things that will make you feel better about drinking the product. But it doesn’t taste good at all.This drink has great ingredients and balanced use of them to give it just enough taste and carbonation, to enjoy. I’m amazed with this product and will buy two more of these cases. I regret not getting the variety packs at sams when they did carry them, because I want to try the other flavors. Give these a shot if you so t mins a light tasting, light carbonation effect energy drink

Great alternative to powder pre workouts. A little less caffeine though than your common 200mg. However, no crash afterwards. I got the peach mango punch flavor and the taste wasn’t so bad.

From all the energy drinks we've tasted, we (my husband and I) think GURU is the best one. It doesn't taste weird or chemical, it doesn't give aftertaste too. We actually enjoyed it, it tasted so good and refreshing. We don't get the jitters and feel very energized right after. I usually drink this when I feel too lazy to do the workout. With this, I am pumped and in the end, always do better and/or longer workouts. My husband usually drinks this for his weight training day, he's able to do more reps than usual. My husband has glucose intolerance and wears CGM, drinking this doesn't spike his blood sugar.

As someone who drinks a lot of zero-sugar energy drinks, I was curious to try the Guru variety pack. I hadn’t heard of this brand before, but the clean ingredient list and natural caffeine from green tea (140mg per can—about the same as a cup of coffee) caught my attention.The drinks do contain erythritol, a sugar alcohol that’s generally considered safe but can cause digestive issues for some people (bloating, nausea, diarrhea). Taste-wise, all the flavors had a slightly bitter, medicinal profile reminiscent of Redbull, but felt more watered down than fizzy or refreshing.My least favorite was the Wild Pop—it had an odd cleaner-like smell and tasted like a very diluted diet cola. On the flip side, the Wild Ruby Red was the standout, with a pleasant citrusy grapefruit flavor. None of the drinks were overly sweet, but none of them really popped either. Overall, they tasted flat and diluted.I won’t be repurchasing this pack. While the price is decent and the ingredients are cleaner than most, I prefer energy drinks without sugar alcohols and with more flavor—Bloom is my go-to. If you’re a fan of Redbull’s taste, Guru might be worth a try. Otherwise, there are better options out there.

Had an issue with my order and Guru made it right and fast! Guru is my favorite drink! Great taste, perfect amount of caffeine, and quality ingredients with no fake sweeteners like sucralose that are horrible for you. I love Guru.

I enjoy these over the taurine brands, this feels clean and last’s long. Has no nasty crash or after taste, it derives it’s energy & sugar from natural sources, green tea, Matcha ect, as well as it’s flavour from Monk Fruit. You can choose between 100mg or 143mg caffeine cans.

I've been drinking energy drinks since I was a little kid, and the first one was obviously Red Bull back in the 1990s. I can tell you though, I've always had issues with skin breakouts when drinking energy drinks, and gitteryness that gets my heart going to a wild speed that I don't think is very healthy.I love Guru, and the reason why is because they have half the amount of sugar, and it's not refined sugar, it's cane sugar! The Original Flavor is my favorite, and I get this almost every month (if not sometimes twice a month in large quantities). I wish I could work for Guru, because they're a fantastic company and I'd probably have an unlimited amount of Guru Energy Drinks to consume.One of the big factors I've noticed is, I don't have an irregular heart beat with Guru at all. I can drink 3 of them, and I feel alert, yet fine and relaxed at the same time. Yes, it gives you energy, but a GOOD energy and a positive feeling in your mindset. I think cane sugar is far better than consuming refined sugar which is usually in cheap soda in the USA.Guru is best chilled, so leave it in your fridge in ice, or you could sandwich is between to ice cold buckets of ice cream, or whatever contents you have in the freezer. I usually go the freezer route so I can get it chilled quick (5 to 10 minutes time, and it's good to go).I have also noticed that I don't get cavities with Guru Energy Drinks, not sure why but maybe it's just good luck? My skin looks fine after consuming so many of these which to me is highly important, and why I strongly believe that the cheaper refined sugars 50+ grams found in your average Soda Pop will disrupt, and aggravate your skin sebum production in turn you get pimples (which Guru won't do), and this is a FACT I've witnessed over years of drinking Guru.Trust me, Guru is the best Energy Drink, and well worth the investment and money! They ship in a very hefty thick box which can be used for storage if you choose to go that route as well. Well-packaged, lower sugar yet taste amazing, and also won't disrupt your heart beat for the worse, or make you break out which is the case with refined sugars.Thank you for taking your time to review MY review on Amazon. :) Love my Guru!

Bought this for my husband. He really likes the Guru energy drinks.

This drink is part of my daily diet it feels good without jitters that you get from other energy drink. I highly recommend.

Cant beat the price, much better then redbull, no burnout. 5 stars!

I didn't like the drink, it gave me a HEADACHE, all flavors. I would rather have real sugar than artificial sweetener or stevia. Won't buy again.
