08-03-2026These are great. I bought the standard size and I wouldn’t want it any bigger. It's the perfect size for purses, daypacks, etc. I leave mine in my desk at work and it takes up virtually no space at all. The main body of the case as well as the individual pill slots open easily, but close securely. There are plenty of stickers included, so the chances of there not being one for an OTC medicine you take are pretty slim.My one small quibble is that they didn't really correspond the size of the stickers to the size/dosage of the pills. For example: Zyrtec are extremely small and single dose, but only large stickers are included for it. Just the same, there are only small stickers included for certain pills that tend to be rather large. Yes, I realize you could just use the smaller stickers on the bigger slots and or cut the larger ones down to size, but neither would have as neat an appearance. Not a huge deal, but I still thought it was worth mentioning. Also, if you think you’ll forget dosages of medicines you take less often, you may want to use a Sharpie to notate it somewhere on the sticker. Either that, or use the tiny pill shaped stickers that come with it and stick them on the opposite side of the slot's lid.Overall, I still think these are the neatest thing ever and I bought two more for my niece and my mother. I actually think they'd make a great stocking stuffer. Everyone I've shown it to thought it was the cutest (and more importantly, useful) thing they'd ever seen. The stickers definitely make it quicker to find the medicine you’re looking for when you reach for it. I highly recommend these and plan to buy more for travel and such. At time of review, the standard size is 5 bucks and that’s an excellent price for what you’re getting.

08-03-2026This organizer is so cute. It is smaller than I thought which works great for me. It comes with all kinds if labels and even blank ones to make your own. All the labels I needed were included. Just what I needed. Great to stick in my purse and have the medicine all organized and together.

08-03-2026I have these types of organizers in several sizes. This one is tiny. Maybe enough to hold a week's worth of meds, more if your pills aren't giant like vitamins or oil capsules. They close securely, so you shouldn't have to worry about them opening in your purse or luggage and the pills can't migrate from one compartment to the other (had that happen with a fish oil tablet once...then it burst, ruining the entire container and stinking up my carryon). Anyway, these are great for trips or carrying in your purse and come with tons of labels. Having three in a pack is very handy. I often travel for 6 weeks or more and between the three of these I should be able to carry all I need with me.So why not five stars? My only complaint is that the word "large" is in the item title. That is absolutely not accurate. Read the measurements and be aware of the size of these before purchasing.

It's easy to open, and locks great. it's a little small for full size Alka-Seltzer but still perfect for travel, or if you're the respective doctor of the family whenever y'all go out. Perfect for that oldest sibling who's always prepared.

08-03-2026This is the perfect little pill case and the variety of labeling stickers that came with it was a great touch! There was literally a label for any medicine you could think of! They also give you blank ones just in case your medication is not an option on one of their stickers. It is very small so this is great for a short trip. Where to keep in your purse on a daily basis.
