As word spread so did the Tillamook Country Smoker distribution. We now enjoy nationwide sales and are growing more each day.
The best brand! Soft and tasty.
This is a good beef jerky that is nice and tender and easy to eat. Seems like it is a higher quality of meat that is used than what many of the other major brands use. The flavor is a little on the sweet side so if you need to take that into consideration before buying. This would be a great beef jerky if you want to give your kids a snack that is nutritious and satisfies their sweet tooth.Don't get me wrong, it's not high in the sugar as compared to other brands but the flavor just tastes sweeter.
Awesome beef jerky love the flavor very tender and tasty fresh as can be you got to try it
These come soft and not too chewy the small packs do not dry out and the packages are resealable. Like the variety, all good
I bought these for my mom while visiting her, she loves them, the only negative is there’s not much in one package, so I ordered more, she loves the honey glazed and teriyaki
Too salty.
We love Tillamook products. They always have high quality items and this was no different. My family finds a lot of jerky on the market to be tougher than they like it, but that is not the case with this jerky. We enjoyed trying all the flavors and everyone seemed to have a different favorite.
Hard and rubbery like eating the sole of someones galoshes. But with less flavor. The name Tillamook is famous because people associate it with the delicious, quality cheeses they make in the factory there. In my opinion, this jerky company is cashing in on the name, riding the coatttails of the famous cheese companys excellent reputation. Even if the jerky company is located there in Tillamook County, Oregon, it is somewhat deceptive by omission, in my opinion. They say their All Natural Beef Jerky is made with 100% Premium Beef. Maybe so, but no mention that the cows leathery hide is used, not the meat. In my opinion, it seems that way... And, if the beef is so Premium, why do they add beef broth and undisclosed flavorings ? Adding beef flavoring to "Premium Beef", in the form of beef broth, just seems odd and unnecessary to me. My guess is maybe its to cover the vinegar. And cultured celery powder? That sounds like something grown in a petri dish, to me. When I think of Premium Beef, I picture a nice steak. And not once, not ever, did celery ever come to mind. Especially not dried celery dust mixed with granulated garlic and sea salt. Add brown sugar and mystery flavorings, and there ya have it. Whatever it is. I bought the 4 Flavor Pack. Pointless, cuz they're pretty much all the same as far as flavor goes. Lacking it, And it's very expensive, as far as money goes. SEA SALT AND CRACKED PEPPER- Not one grain of Pepper, cracked or otherwise, to be seen, on the jerky, or loose in the bag, Ditto the Sea Salt. Explains the lack of flavor. Two kinds of vinegar in this. Yay. TERIYAKI- Same, Minus the "Pepper" and one kind of vinegar. Plus Soy Sauce. It's Teriyukky. HONEY GLAZED- Smells better. Tastes better, for about 5 seconds. ORIGINAL- The tenderest of the bunch. Probably on account of how greasy it is. But, thats just my opinion. You can try it for yourself, and when you do, I'm fairly certain, that will be your opinion, too.
