08-03-2026My complaint is with Swellpro’s post sales support. I purchased the FD1+, along with 2 spare batteries and 2 pairs of spare propellers. Only 1 battery and 1 spare pair of propellers arrived. I called Swellpro and told to wait a few days. I did and then called again. Again I was told to wait a few days. Again, I did. Still nothing. I emailed Swellpro and after 11 emails to date, they have come back and said the package was shipped correctly and that I should send them pictures or video to support my claim. How do you send pictures or video of something that is missing from a shipment? This is totally ridiculous and I now appear to be out $273 for something that never arrived. TERRIBLE support! Be ware if ordering anything additional from them.
