These raw cashews are nice and fresh. They're raw, as advertised. Overall, I'd recommend them!
AEJESOP Organic Unsalted Cashew are exactly what I expected. These cashews, which are a little smaller than cashews I am most familiar with, come unsalted yet perfectly crunchy in a resealable bag. They tasted fresh, with a good cashew flavor. Cashews are one of my favorite nuts (even though they are technically not considered a "nut" at all, but I digress), and they contain vitamin E and folate, which is great for cardiovascular health. Note that they are higher in fat than most other nuts, so they should be considered an occasional treat and eaten in moderation. Since these nuts are unsalted, I can make my own cashew butter or milk from them, or I can use them in baking or savory dishes.
