08-03-2026Tomatoes are one of the most important things in my life, tomato juices even more so - Bloody Mary's are the adult side!I have tomato juice for breakfast almost everyday and am always looking for a new twist. My thought was that this might be an occasional alternative to my usual concoctions but, no, not really. In-spite of the prohibitive price, this offering was simply mediocre.As a Bloody Mary mix, it's quite conservative. Other better options are available here without the $3 per can penalty (I'd go $1.50). The spiced lemonish and horse-radishy flavors they suggest are not prominent enough as a foundation for a legitimate Bloody Mary. Those same exact issues are what cause it to fail as a breakfast drink.My thought is they'd do better just selling top level tomato juice and cut their losses rather than ginning them up...
