08-03-2026It is much more solid and heavy than I expected. It's a beautiful piece of hardware.If you're in the fence, get it. You won't be disappointed. PS. I have not plugged it in yet. But as a stage prop it is magnificent.

08-03-2026Love it! To be transparent we used it for a photo shoot only, so I can't speak to it's quality as a mic. But if you're looking for a cost effective prop that shows up great on camera this should be your pick!

08-03-2026Why only 2 Stars ? I am an Internet Radio DJ, & I wanted to use this Mic as a USB Mic for my PC for Broadcasting.Out of the Box this Mic has low volume power. For it to have more volume power you need to buy the Bolanie Pre Amp & a Phantom power supply,& a XLR to USB cable, so add up the expense. Yes it's louder now, it has a clear standard Sound, but no robust sound at all to my Ears. This Mic might be better off on Stage just for looks & plugged into a Guitar amp with adjusted Reverb behind it. I am not really happy with my findings to use it as a USB Mic. I own the Rode NT USB, Rode NT USB + & Rode NT USB Mini, & they sound so much better this one. Perhaps Microphone enhancement software will help.
