Package was delivered with already ripped open bag and box. so I guess they wanted to see if it was theft worthy... Amazon Needs to package more securely. But everything seems to be there . Set up was pretty easy. have to plug in both USB and Cable to tv. that's power and antenna reception. Looks like I got 13 to 19 free air channels. picture was okay. placement of unit does matter and it can blink off and then restore itself. hardest part is managing the TV control as each brand has its own buttons. My Samsung has a TV channel buttons on remote, so makes it easy to go up and down channels. with a guide too. Have to do an AIR TV channel Search set up. then its all set. for under -$30 its better than paying for cable cost for regular channels. Plus everysmart tv has its own free channels, so your all set. I like the idea I can bring it anywhere (vacation, camping, cabins or places that may not have TV ) with a small smart TV and get some reception. was going to get the Longer range antenna system , but this is good place to start. will probably buy a second one now, am going to try to put it in the detached garage and see if that will work too.

I have tried multiple antennas in my basement and this is the first one to work. The long cord helps quite a bit because I feel the closer i get to the exterior of my home the better the signal, and existing antennas with their 3' cord couldn't gain any signal. Very simple install, literally just plug, search and watch. There is also a magnet at the base of the antenna which was a nice feature I overlooked when purchasing.

With cable getting so expensive nowadays and more streaming apps being preferred over traditional tv. This device has excellent reception and picks up so many channels right out of the box after first scan. ( I have 2 and only pay for internet)in some cases you might need a LTE Filter for TV Antenna, Filters 4G 5G especially around cell phones and tablets. you can pick up a filter for around 10 dollars.As with most antennas your area is going to determine what you can and can not see based on your area in which you live.I live in the Chicago area and im getting about 130 channels including local tv.the picture is just as good as if you were getting the channel via cable.there is the occasional pixel drop on rare occasion but with a 95% uptime without the steep cable bill it's worth the money and is a quality product. within a couple of weeks I bought a second one for my bedroom tv.One thing to note is you get a live tv guide that shows your channels and it will vary slightly by tv brand, for example rokus guide will look different than a sony or vizio tv as the software on each tv is different but they will function essentially the same. my main tv is a roku and my other tv is a vizio tv but the guides are essentially the same but with some minor differences.so overall if your looking for a way to save your wallet from those cable bills this antenna is a great buy.

I bought this so I could get rid of CATV. Followed the instructions, made some placement adjustments and immediately received a lot of channels both locally and from other cities surrounding my area. The pictures come in great and best of all: this was the final decision point so I could comfortably get rid of TV. Easy to install and functions great!

Good, it does need a free USB port but it doesn't pick up all my local channels (ABC). I ran the cable so that the antenna is on a window sill. Most of the channels get garbled picture occasionally but it is a decent solution to not having to pay for cable monthly. I also moved the cable from a USB 1.0 slot to a USB 2.0 (powered) but that didn't help much.
