Our baby has been having some tummy discomfort! We were on the hunt for some relief and I can across this cutie! It does seem to bring comfort at an affordable price. I considered one of the weighted stuffed animals that are out there but she is too tiny to have 2 lbs on her tummy! This is just what we needed and I have not noticed a bad smell at all when microwaving the beans. A bit “ earthy” but that’s expected!

The first thing I noticed after opening the bag is how soft the material is and how adorable the bear face is. This would for sure be a great addition to a baby shower gift for either a girl or boy. The material is super soft and plush and feels so nice on the skin. The construction of the belt is great. All the seams are straight and secure, there are no loose threads and the Velcro pieces are large enough to adjust to multiple sizes. I love that the cover is machine washable, especially since it’s such a light cream color. The beans heat up quickly, I put it in for 60 seconds and check it and usually it’s warm enough but I have put it back in for another 30-60 seconds a few times. They hold the heat for a long time too which is great because it cuts down on the need to re-heat. I know how soothing my heating pad is for when I have stomach pain, aches or am just not feeling well and I love giving this a try first before giving her any medication. The velcro pieces makes it adjustable but I can see myself using this once she’s outgrown it by just laying it across her instead of securing it with the Velcro. No reason to limit the use to only when it fits on her belly. Overall I’m really happy with this belt, it’s very well made, is super cute, heats up quick and holds the heat well. It works just as it should and it’s been nice to have.

Comes in a clear bag with no instructions on how to safely heat. Stitching on the heat pack was already come undone and not near enough beads to heat to actually do anything. Gave two stars because the wrap the heating part goes into is decent and can go pretty small on my 6 pound baby

Perfect for the newborn witching hour! This belt warms and vibrates to keep baby comfortable and content when he experiences digestive issues. Good quality, easy to use, good value, great design, fits well.

The smell when you heat this up is strong. It smells like popcorn to me I’ve used it and I think it helps soothe my baby.

I bought this for my grandson it seems to help I heat in microwave for a minute then put it on him

I wasn’t impressed with this gripe belt. The belt was too big and it didn’t hold the beans very well. The bean sac barely had any beans inside of it and it was that easy to use. The Velcro on the belt wasn’t great either. I didn’t notice much of a smell but I don’t think the quality was that great.

Wonderful for a colicky sour tummy and gas pains. It is washable - just pull out the insert or the red beans will swell and be ruined. Heats up in the micro (ad says 90 seconds but our micro is no more than 60 seconds or it gets too hot).The fabric is super soft and it is made quite adjustable as they grow. Wide band with high quality velcro. The only thing I don't like about this is the insert has what I feel too little beans and it would be better if the beans were divided into three compartments so they don't all slide to one side. With that in mind - it is still worth every penny as for the price it far exceeds my expectations.
