Powerful Upper Body -- They are ideal for upper body muscle training, especially the chest muscles, triceps, abdominal muscles and back muscles. These can be easily used at home and in the gyms. Push up bars are perfect for both men and women. By training with the push up bars, your range of motion will be increased, and you will be able to target muscles more effectively.
They were exactly what I was looking for. Good with a sturdy base. Definitely help me do push-ups without wrist pain.
I could do a lot of push ups in the Army but they always hurt my back. Thirty years later I want to start doing them again but now it is my hands that won't cooperate. It hurts me to flex my wrist as you do to do a push up on the floor. These bars help not just with the flexing of the wrist but also being able to turn my hands in a way that doesn't hurt. I can turn my hands 90 degrees to what I would have to do on the floor. These bars went together easily when I got them. They needed 2 AAA batteries to power the timer/counter function. It keeps track of your reps giving you an audible beep each time you get low enough for it to count it (just like the Army - no arguing with it) and it tracks the time of your actual reps. Like just now it had gotten to 31 seconds for my last rep and kept going for a few seconds till it noticed I had stopped then reverted back to the 31 seconds. I'm struggling to do any kind of a push up now so it will be a while before I get to the point I will be keeping track of reps. I am just doing what I can. These can also be used for other than push ups. My favorite thing is seated dips because I cannot do a full dip on my pull up bar stand so this gives me a starting place. I've tried doing dips on a bench but that hurts my hands and these feel much better, probably because I can turn my arms to a comfortable position. I'm glad I got these.
Sturdy. Comfortable
These push up bars are sturdy and stable, making them great for home workouts. The non-slip base keeps them in place during use, and the handles are comfortable to grip without slipping. They’re lightweight and easy to move around, but still feel durable enough for regular training.Simple, portable, and effective — a good addition to any home fitness setup.
All in all, exactly what is advertised. These come packaged well with good representation of the product. As noted, some assembly will be required.Instructions do include an English version which is helpful. These bars, as advertised, are of polypropylene plastic. Very lightweight but feel good and sturdy at the same time. The foam padding is comfortable and These did work and feel just fine - no issues.A couple notes to make here. The instructions identify there are batteries installed, in my set however, there were no batteries installed and needed a couple of AAA installed. Once installed, the counter worked according to Instructions and did in fact count my reps accurately. One thing to note though... These bars use an infrared sensor, and this sensor must be placed very near and under your body to count reps. Having the sensor placed outboard of the body, the sensor will not pickup your motion. The combination of weight on the handle and proximity to the raising and lowering of your body engages the sensor properly. I did 3 sets of 10, all were counted properly. The reset and auto off functions properly too. Timer works as well. Not sure what the graph is showing me, but will figure out later. As mentioned, these are very lightweight and the bottom seems to be coated in a sturdy plastic/rubber material which is easy on the floors, but at the same time, not at all slippery. Pretty solid feel to these, even though it's plastic. These bars do assemble and disassemble relatively easy and would be easy to travel with. These bars are what they say they are and haven't "hyped" anything up. Simple, yet very effective in push up routines. I think the price for these is very fair and the product is advertised accurately.
To tall for push ups
I am theeeee worst when it comes to keeping count when working out. Blame it on my ADHD. I get distracted and boom count gone. I love that I don't have to keep count anymore. I can set a push up goal and let the built in counter do the work. I love that the push up bars get me off of the floor even slightly. I feel stable when using these and actually do push ups where before it was too close to the ground for me. These make doing push ups miles more comfortable. The assembly was minimal and I was down and giving 20 in minutes of opening the package. I really like these and recommend them to anyone who struggles with traditional push ups.
These are high-quality and useful push-up bars that function as expected. The grips are comfortable and easy to hold onto, and the counter is nice for long workouts or when you're trying to beat a personal best. These are a good size and are usable by both men and women; the grips aren't too thick for smaller hands. The design is basic and functional. The price is fair for the quality. My only gripe is that these aren't perfectly steady and wobble just a little bit, but so far it hasn't made much of a difference. Overall, I'm pleased with these.
