When you sweat, you lose more than water. Losses in fluids and electrolytes can negatively impact performance. Gatorade Zero contains critical electrolytes to help replace what’s lost in sweat.
Delicious I find it better than the original version great for dehydration my favorite is fruit punch the price is perfect this is my 4th pur you won't be disappointed size is perfect for kids lunches :)
The Gatorade G Zero Variety Pack (Fruit Punch, Orange, and Grape) is one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I had it stocked in the fridge. Each flavor brings something different Fruit Punch is bold and classic, Orange is smooth and citrusy, and Grape is surprisingly mellow without being too sweet. And the best part? No sugar, but still packed with electrolytes that actually help when I’m feeling drained.I like that the 12 oz bottles are just the right size not too much, not too little. Whether I’m running errands, recovering from a long day, or just trying to stay hydrated without chugging plain water, these hit the mark. They’re also great for keeping in the car or tossing in a bag without worrying about spills or bulk.If you’re looking for a low-calorie way to stay hydrated that doesn’t taste like watered-down nothing, this variety pack is a win. It’s not fancy, but it’s functional and honestly, that’s what I need most days.
I have tried em all and I find Gatorade to be the most refreshing way to get needed electrolytes into my system. The price and the size are perfect for me. Put into my purse for the gym or work no problem. My favorite flavor is BLUE hahaha
Great size, good flavor, awesome price! Love that there are no calories or carbs! Would also be good for kids lunches!
Very good and no sugar but I prefer the larger bottles as these are empty before I get out of the kitchen
These drinks are delicious zero sugar I believe zero calories don't quote me on that but it's good to find this kind of stuff when you're diabetic and these are delicious and they hydrate you and they're good for you if you have a hangover don't drink kids if you have diarrhea and you're needing to put nutrition back into your body it's not as good as Pedialyte although I do think Gatorade has their own Pedialyte kind of thing going on now but zero sugar especially the blue it comes in powder form as well I think I already reviewed that if I could give this a 10 it would get a 10 I love it it's refreshing and delicious
These are perfect for lunch boxes! My kids love the variety of flavors and the price is right, particularly when we do subscribe and save!
Energizing Flavors, Handy Size, but Not for Big ThirstsI picked up this Frost Variety Pack of Gatorade G Zero mostly to keep in the fridge for quick hydration—especially on days when I get home from the hospital wiped out or after a longer walk or pickleball session. The flavors in this pack (Glacier Cherry, Watermelon Splash, and Apple Burst) are all pretty easy to drink. They’re light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, which honestly works better for me than regular Gatorade these days. The 12-oz bottle size is convenient. They fit cleanly in the car cup holder, my gym bag, or even the side pouch of my backpack without adding much bulk. It’s also a great size when I just need electrolytes and not an entire 28-oz sugar bomb. Zero sugar is the main reason I buy these—they give me the electrolyte replacement without the crash. The downside: the bottles are small. If you’re actually thirsty, you’ll finish one before you leave the kitchen. This is more of a “quick fix” size than something for sustained hydration. Also, because the flavors are mild, not every bottle feels equally hydrating—some taste better chilled than room temp.Still, for the price and for what they are, they’re great to have on hand. Variety pack keeps it from being repetitive, and it’s refreshing without calories or sugar.Bottom line: A convenient, low-calorie way to rehydrate with solid flavors—just know the 12-oz bottles disappear fast if you’re really thirsty.
