I am giving this two stars for the effort and the design.I think it's well engineered having the microphones tuck into the back and automatically charge with the clip attached. It also has hooks to attach a lanyard to wear the speaker around your neck.Clever design!I wish just as much effort would have gone into the internal components. The sound quality is awful. I tried using this with both microphones, one at a time and the sound quality was so bad that I could barely understand what I was saying.I’m visiting an international office next week to present and lead a seminar. I initially thought it would be fun to bring this along, but now I’d be so embarrassed to show up with it after testing it.

Couldn't be more capable at this price. To be clear, this unit is rechargeable. No power cable necessary unless charging. The spotlight use is as a voice amplifier. There are two (!) lavalier microphones included, both of which conveniently store in indents on the back of the unit, and charge while they're in their spots. And both mics can be used at the same time - different channels. The mics have pretty strong magnets built in, and they can attach to you shirt or jacket or whatever using a second included magnet, just put the little dot magnet under your shirt and the microphone sticks thru your shirt. The little mating magnets store with the microphones in their spots on the unit. Another included option is to clip the microphone to, say, your lapel or your glasses or something relatively thin. The included clips stick to the magnets built in to the microphones. When using this as a voice amplifier with the included microphones, the sound is pretty good. They say there's some noise cancellation going on, which could account for some of the high end being mixed out. The amplification can be quite loud without distortion, again surprisingly. The two other more normal functions of the device are bluetooth speaker and music player. I connected it to my phone with bluetooth very easily (it's KY02, which isn't mentioned in the instructions) and listened to some tunes just fine. The speaker isn't all that big, so as expected it's a little trebly but can get very loud. There are forward, back, and play/pause buttons on the unit that controlled the music coming from my phone. As far as music player goes, you plug a USB drive into the USB-A slot and bob's your uncle. Play/pause, forward, and back buttons work there as well. One thing that surprised me is that you can play music, either Bluetooth or USB drive, AND use the microphones at the same time. Karaoke party here we come. Set up on a street corner, play your custom drum tracks from your phone or from a USB drive, and have a rap battle. Now, one thing I wanted to do but was unable is send the audio from the unit to a mixer or even just to my computer to record it. And I couldn't figure out how to connect the microphones to anything other than the unit. So yes, you have two lavalier microphones, but they might not be useful with anything but this amplifier unit. I could be wrong. SO anyway, nice little unit, especially for the price.

I will preface this by saying that we are using it mostly like a megaphone. Music sounds pretty terrible, but I don't think anyone would really use something like this for their main music output anyway. What we have found is that at camp, when we're outside and trying to address a large group at once, something like this works really well. The two microphones couldn't be simpler to charge and store. The magnets keep them safe in the body of the speaker when not in use, and the clips are strong enough to keep them on your collar whenever you need them to be. Having 2 at once is great for when we have a bunch of announcements to get through or a quick Q&A session. I'm impressed with how loud the little speaker gets.

The sound quality is great, and there’s no screeching noise even when speaking loudly. The magnetic microphone design is excellent—it won’t get lost. Overall, it's compact and easy to carry

We needed something for an outdoor festival where we don't have a full blown PA system, but do need to be and to speak to a small crowd off to one side of the event. This seems like it will do the job. It's small and easy to set up.

For the price and the functionality this is a great buy. Sound quality is what it is -for the size of the speaker and the price, this little thing includes a lot of great options that work well.It is not a professional speaker and you should not expect that.Super good quality, you don't need to yell to be heard. Mic captures your voice well.Very portable, specially for having the 2 microphones easily stored within the unit.Very easy to use and it is great that you can also have music going on via bluetooth or usb.To make it even better, it is usb-c rechargeable.
