Plug it into an available HDMI port on your TV insert batteries into your controllers and you're basically off.It states that it has over 20,000 games. I honestly have no idea and was not about to count them all, but out of all of those retro games, so far I have found only about 5 of them that I am interested in playing. Still, for what it is and the price, it is pretty cool.You can add additional games if you download ROMS from the internet and load them on there. (They also include a micro SD card in the package, which is great.) This is where you may find some of the most popular games.The controllers feel pretty good in your hand as you use them and appear to be made of a pretty good quality plastic and everything works and for the most part has a good response times.Overall, it is fun. I think that it is a good price for what you are getting.

08-03-2026The controllers won’t work well with the game … I was so excited to play Ms. Pac-Man but this will be my second return. The last controllers didn’t work well either. If I press up, nothing happens, or finally it would but delayed … with all directions … it’s as if it needs oil or something … keep getting got by the Pac-Man enemies … sad.

With over 20,000 games already loaded, there’s a ton to explore. Setup was super easy. I just plugged it into my TV via HDMI, turned it on. The wireless controllers are responsive, and I was surprised by how smooth everything runs. No noticeable lag, and the visuals look great thanks to the 4K output. Of course, it’s still retro graphics, but crisp and clean. What I really love is being able to play with a buddy, just hand them the second controller and we’re off. It’s way more fun with someone else, especially for those classic two-player games.
