I've only had this soundbar for a couple days and I already love it!! My previous soundbar was a Blitzwolf brand, which I had for over 8 years. I only replaced it because the remote stopped working. But, boy, am I glad I did!! The soundbar is very easy to use; with a mobile app you can download and use to adjust the equalizer settings. The soundbar was easy to connect to my Samsung TV via optical cable. I love all of the different options available on the remote. With my older, curved Samsung TV, I am not able to control the soundbar volume with the TV remote, but that's a non-issue for me. The subwoofer is of a smaller size, but works perfectly for my bedroom. There is a lot of bass, which I love! The soundbar has perfect clarity; no matter if you're watching a TV show, movie, or listening to music. The mobile app was very simple and easy to setup. It's perfect for the price point. This soundbar is so much better than my previous one. If you're in the market for a new soundbar, I highly recommend this one! You won't regret it.
I was not familiar with the brand Ultimea so I relied heavily on reading the reviews and now I'm definitely aware of Ultimea.Realistically, this M60 5.1 Dolby Atmos soundbar can't compete with true 5.1 systems or much more expensive systems but I would guess that this "budget" soundbar would more than impress 90% of the general public. The Poseidon M60 is an incredible 5.1 Dolby Atmos soundbar at a phenomenal price given how well it performs in ALL content whether it's Dolby Atmos, music, movies, sports, etc. I found this soundbar does exceptionally well with movies and music.I was looking for a 5.1 system to take full advantage of my new LG C5 OLED TV but I wasn't sure if I wanted rear satellites with wires all over the place. I know there's BT soundbars but it's always been hit and miss for me with connectivity and sound/lip syncing issues so I wanted a hardwired system. So when I came across the M60 I liked the compact set up of the 5 drivers in the soundbar and a hardwired subwoofer which would make for a clean and easy install and give me 5.1 Dolby Atmos. It's not true 5.1 Surround Sound since you don't have rear satellites but the soundbar does give you a real sense of sound coming from the sides instead of just in front of you.I'm very impressed with how well the center channel does at handling the voice/vocals. It's clear and precise that you catch everything that's said because at least for me and my set up the vocals sit on top of everything else rather than being buried underneath the bass or treble. And the subwoofer adds a nice punch and dimension to your content that is strong but doesn't drown out everything else. The mids and highs are quite crisp and sharp without being screechy even when I turn the treble all the way up to 6 in any of the "default" settings on the remote like movie, music, voice, etc.Now if you set a custom EQ setting in the app you shouldn't use the remote to turn the bass, treble, or mid range up and down. Doing that will revert you back to the "default movie" setting which will take you out of your personal EQ setting you set. You can however still adjust the "surround" and "xupmix" and keep your personal EQ setting. My preferred EQ setting in the app is "customize" and leaving my EQ flat (which is how I use most things with an EQ since that gives you the most accurate sound intended by the singer, sound engineer, producer, director, etc.). Plus I don't want to have to fuss with the EQ every time I change content (music, movies, streaming, etc.) and I feel that flat is the best all around setting for me. And I've played around with the "style" setting in the app but I just leave it dead center. Go ahead and play around and find what EQ setting works for you and the specific content you enjoy. There are preset EQ settings on the remote and in the app for movies, music, voice, sport, gaming, and night and I have to say they actually do a good job of changing the sound profile that there's a clear difference between them all.And the M60 really does give me Dolby Atmos/5.1 on Netflix, Disney, HBO Max, etc. (may need premium subscriptions to get Dolby Atmos).I'm so impressed with this "budget" soundbar that I've ordered a second one for my new TCL QM8K and I can't wait for it to arrive.
Wow, very worth the price, this is a high end soundbar, hands down. The Poseidon D80 is amazing, 7.1 surround sound paired with Dolby Atmos, well built, down firing wireless subwoofer, the sound is pristine, clear, focused and stays focused when you crank it up, it’s very powerful, beautiful sound, for that fact it’s just as good if not better in sooo many ways vs a high end home theater only difference is you don’t have to take out a line of credit to own it!!! Sounds amazing right out of the box, super easy setup, come with entirely everything you need to install it down to the wall brackets, screws, cables and the whole sha banga bang, the remote is high quality, very easy to use with easy access to a lot of important parameters, there’s even an app for your phone, a ten band parametric eq, you can fully customize the sound to suit your style, Bluetooth so you can connect your devices, this is a high end surround sound, I’m super impressed, but as well very impressed with the company, they go above and beyond and that’s honestly hard to say these days, just as solid as they’re products, I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
This sound bar I would say was pretty good on loudness and clarity but it has a major issue with connecting with bluetooth. It often shot out a distorted sounds from BT connection. It wasn't constant but it was often enough to be an issue. I ended up selling this and going with another company but I would still endorse this as a good low end option. The device is mostly plug and play, and when it works well the clarity is good. The additional subwoofer is a nice addition as it needs a bit of help with the bass. I recommend this bar if you don't want to spend a lot of money and just want some clear sound. But beware of the BT connection static.
It’s not often that a budget-friendly soundbar surprises me, but this genuinely impressed me for what it offers at this price point. Dolby Atmos support at this level is almost unheard of, and while it’s not going to rival multi-thousand dollar setups, it gets surprisingly close for a plug-and-play unit. The setup was quick, the build quality feels solid, and the audio clarity stands out immediately—especially during movies or gaming. The virtual height channels do a decent job of adding immersion, making action scenes and ambient effects feel more spacious than you’d expect from a soundbar. The subwoofer is plug-and-play and adds a strong low end that fills medium and large rooms without distortion. For the cost, you’re getting modern features like Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC, Bluetooth/app functionality and multiple sound modes that actually make a difference. It’s a great fit for anyone who wants a cinematic experience without spending a fortune on a full AV receiver setup.
