I was actually very happy to find this product...it reminds me of what my parents used on my when I was little and feeling under the weather. Although this is likely a bit better, since it uses generally natural ingredients and doesn't contain any dyes. The smell is strong, but that's the point; this helped sooth my toddlers when they were congested. My oldest child has generally sensitive skin, and this did not irritate her. The smell (a mix of eucalyptus, rosemary, aloe, and lavender, smells nice. Overall this is a good product that works well and at an affordable price. I've been happy with this product.

I’ve been using this Playtex Baby Vapor Cream for my little one, who has a bit of a runny nose and cough, and it works really well. It’s gentle, hypoallergenic, and free of dyes, parabens, and phthalates, so I feel safe using it on his sensitive skin. The eucalyptus, rosemary, aloe vera, and lavender scent is soothing and seems to help him breathe a little easier. Easy to apply and provides a comforting, calming effect — a great addition to our baby care routine during cold season! Plus, it comes with three tubes, which makes it a great value — perfect for keeping one at home, one in the diaper bag, and one for travel.

This Playtex Vapor Cream has a pleasant, light smell with the eucalyptus scent very subtle. The cream has a flip top for easy opening and it is the consistency of a thick lotion which is easy to rub in. I like that it is hypoallergenic with no dyes. I got a 3-pack so I can pick one to go and keep some at home.

We haven’t been able to fully test out this product yet, as I think it will really be put to the test if/when my daughter is congested and has cough/cold symptoms. However, I’ll say that this “vapor cream” is very similar to another product we have that has worked well for my daughter in the past. In terms of scent and consistency, they’re essentially the same product. I also like that this comes as a 3-pack, so I can leave them in multiple bathrooms and take it on travel. Overall, I’m happy with this order but will update my review as needed.

I received this 3-pack of 3-oz Playtex baby vapor creams. I have not been the most impressed with Playtex baby products, but this soothing cream is a win to me. It is gentle but effective and has light hints of eucalyptus, rosemary, aloe, and lavender. It is the consistency of lotion and is easy to apply. It has a very subtle eucalyptus tingle and is more like a lotion version of "baby Vick's VapoRub." This cream is dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. I love that it is free of dyes, parabens, and phthalates.I like this product overall but also wonder why I received this product in June 2025 and received items from a batch produced in August 2024. Being almost a year old does not seem to have negatively impacted this cream at this time, but why did these products sit so long before being shipped to consumers?

This vapor cream is a great value and smells amazing! It's very moisturizing and has a nice lavender scent that isn't too overpowering and lasts a long time. It's very effective and makes my baby's skin feel soft and smooth and doesn't cause any irritation.

I love and trust the Playtex brand and knew that I needed to add these to our "sick kit" ahead of cold and flu season with our littles. I'm always careful with the products I'm bringing home for our little ones and I like that this is free of dye, parabens and phthalates - things that just don't need to be introduced into an already not well kiddo. The price is incredibly fair for the amount given, and the packaging is great. I love a flip top when it comes to any baby products, since I'm usually using one handed.
