08-03-2026The water arrived with a bit of leakage in the bag, but the bottles themselves were intact, so I think the snap-on caps were just a little loose (though still sealed). The packaging was very thorough—each jug came inside a large zipper bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a box. The water tastes great, and I love enjoying a cold glass straight from the refrigerator. However, I knocked off one star because the price per gallon is extremely high ($16 per gallon at the time of purchase), and it feels like much of the cost is for the shipping and packaging. The zipper bags also can’t be reused since they tear when opened, so there’s quite a bit of waste.
