The Grazly Beef Brisket Slabs completely exceeded my expectations. The texture is spot-on, tender, juicy, and beautifully marbled. Each slice had that rich, buttery mouthfeel you want in a quality brisket. The thickness of the slabs was perfect too, not too thin where they dry out, and not so thick that they’re too tough to chew.Flavor-wise, they’re well-balanced. The saltiness is just right, enough to bring out the beefy richness without being overpowering. For the price, the value is great considering the quality and how much meat you get. It’s definitely worth it if you appreciate good, tender beef.If you’re looking for something crispy, this is not it, but if you love rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth meat, this is absolutely it.
No, definetly NOT worth $31.99. I can appreciate the clean no additives approach, just brisket and salt. However, the flavor was not very good at all, the slices were paper thin, and for the amount you get (5oz) it is NOT worth $31.99 and it seems a little convenient that you cannot return this item. I would NOT recommend this jerky to anyone.
Honestrly, if you don’t want to waste hours like me searching for the right jerky that actually has clean ingredients, without seed oils or some artificial preservatives and flavors, this is the one. Surprisingly, it has only 2 ingredients, grass-fed beef and just salt. The beef slabs are so tender, savory, and easy to chew and you can tell that it isn't overprocessed and filled with chemicals like most store-bought ones. They’re also super filling, which makes them a perfect high-protein quick pre-workout or post-workout snack, and they are portable, which is a significant plus in my case. You can really taste the quality of that meat, it's so rich, meaty, and wholesome. It is the best jerky I’ve ever had, worth every dollar.
I was honestly impressed with the Grazly Co brisket slabs. The meat showed up fresh, well-sealed, and looked way better than what I usually find in stores. Good amount of marbling, not a ton of extra fat to trim, and it took seasoning and cooking really well. The texture turned out tender and flavorful, and you can tell it’s quality beef, not tough or watery like some online orders. I appreciated that it arrived on time and packed properly. It is a bit pricier, but for the quality and how easy it made the whole process, I think it’s worth it. I’d definitely order again.
This is seriously the cleanest and tastiest jerky you can find. I cannot tolerate vinegar or seasoning (or grain fed or finished beef) due to autoimmune issues so I have been looking for a salt & grass fed/finished beef jerky for years. This one is so good and buttery. The price point is high but if you’re careful about what you eat then you already know finding quality packaged snacks are just going to cost more and the bag is packed full. Nothing to do with this item in particular—Amazon needs to stop scenting their packaging, it is so toxic and it makes me sick to open anything coming from Amazon. The fragrance rubs off on the product and then that stinks too. Unless Amazon also fulfills their website orders, I am going to order these direct from the company next time.
These are uniquely different. I had never had a brisket slab in the form of a jerky. They definitely tasted like a brisket. It’s nice and fatty. Careful eating around your pets lol they are going to want to steal it. The greasiness will attract them. It has a good chew texture to it.
This is a great option to the seasoned ingredient filled jerky. You taste only the meat, and while I like one of my own briskets fresh out of the smoker, this is my second favorite way to eat brisket. The price is lower than a good bbq store selling hot brisket, so the value is actually pretty good. There are cheaper jerkies, but this is a quality product. If you are buying food, this is good stuff, if you are looking for soft teriyaki, this is not for you. This is very dry, very thin. My teeth are bad, so jerky can cause pain, but I was able to eat this. I went slow and I really liked it, and I did not have any problems.I'm a cook, and I'm really picky about eating fats. It's not just about flavor, the nutritional quality is a requirement as well. I think fresh is better, but this is still very good, and good for you. It smells like beef, and the fat is very buttery. No seasonings other than salt. No preservatives other than drying and salt. No flavors other than beef, and the fat adds to the flavor. Not all brisket has good fat, this one is good.
This jerky is like no other that we’ve tried. It’s thinly sliced, has an umami brisket flavor, and makes a great snack. We finished the bag in one sitting!! It’s a great option if you’re looking for something high protein with minimal ingredients
