08-03-2026First bag a couple weeks ago was amazing! Lean cuts, super crispy, perfect balance of salt. Really great product.Just bought a couple more bags and the first one is at least 1/3 Fat. Not at all what I got in the first bag. Hope they go back to leaner more cleaned cuts.Gotta do the trim myself, but for the price of a bag you would expect more meat and less fat.

I don't know why I didn't something like this before, and this particular product is amazing, fresh, juicy and absolutely beneficial with only 2 ingredients: steak and sea salt! It may be a snack, but can become a meal if necessary. The fat on it is amazing, even though it's only 3g of fat, so I'm unsure how effective in that sense it is for carnivore dieters. It's also very expensive for what you get, but you do indeed get what you pay for, it's that good!

08-03-2026The jerky is very good, if you can bare the immense amount of salt. Honestly, half the salt could do just fine. Its very strong. The jerky wasn't "melt in your mouth", definitely chewie but still good. It was also fattier than other jerkeys. Not sure that's a good/bad thing but from the description it wasn't supposed to be fatty or oily. Id buy more at ~$28ish a package max.
