High-quality materials and sturdy construction. This organizer holds all my important documents securely.
I needed a file organizer for my desk to get the clutter cleared off as I worked various projects, so figured this was a simple option. I wasn't disappointed. It's a 3D printed file holder that has a rather large capacity and comes with optional pen/pencil holders, which are nice because if someone comes to my desk to sign something I can lend them one of those pens instead of my good ones. The pieces are printed very well with clean lines and a nice texture to them. The included directions are easy to follow, but honestly, you don't need directions to build this. Although it's snap together, it's solid enough for my purposes and doesn't look too bad on the desk. I'm not a huge fan of the color, but it does break up all the black components I have on my desk, so it stands out. I’ve actually received compliments about it (whether real or not, who knows). If it came in black, it would be perfection, but it's great as is anyway. 5 stars.
This file holder is a smart design—lightweight yet sturdier than expected. When I first opened it, I wasn’t sure what to make of it, but after assembling and taking it apart a few times, I’ve grown to appreciate it more and more. While the pictures give the impression that it comes fully assembled, a careful read will reveal the phrase "easy to assemble." It is. And not only easy, but the design is very impressive, and you really appreciate the creativity of the design during assembly. The pieces snap together easily and fit snugly. It is also easy to disassemble for space-saving, flat-packed storage when not needed. Whoever designed the flat packing really knew what they were doing. I am almost hesitant to discard the boxes because of the perfect fit.You can hook on the little pencil cups anywhere on the front piece or not use them at all; ditto the small hanging hooks. These might be a bit of an afterthought, because they are fairly lightweight and might come off completely if too quickly removing materials from the pen holders or the hooks. Still, they are a handy bonus and cute, useful accessories. The color is even and rich. The surface alternates between having a bit of texture and being smooth. Note that there is a limit to the depth of any file due to the distance between the vertical dividers. That said, you can remove any given divider to double the depth of that segment. These are good file holders. I like them.
