I ordered this to use two D handles of a single point pulley. It works great and it’s very good quality. The weight feels good and sturdy.

Disappointed, the rotating pieces should be clips too

This little plate is a great add-on if you like using D-handles for cable work. I’ve been using it mainly for lat pulldowns and rows, and it really does help keep the shoulders in a more neutral position compared to a standard wide bar. That small change makes the movement feel more natural and takes a bit of pressure off the joints, which I appreciate on higher volume days. The setup is straightforward. You clip the carabiners through whichever holes line up best for your handles, and you’re good to go. The spacing gives some flexibility, so you can fine-tune how wide you want the grip. It feels solid during use, and I haven’t noticed any shifting or instability. For anyone with a home gym looking to get more versatility out of their pulley system, this is an easy upgrade that adds variety without taking up space.

The Multi-Grip LAT Pull Down Bar Spreader Plate by TNCZHYLX is a great value for the price. It's solidly built, being about 5.75 inches wide and close to 0.25 inches thick. It's hefty! The spreader plate comes with three carabiners and two 360 degree rotation connectors. The carabiners are solid, but functionally, they only barely open wide enough to squeeze the spreader plate in. In actual use, I've substituted a couple of better-grade 'biners. They're easier to use than the supplied biners. But considering where competitors price their product, that's not a problem. And I can always use the TNCZHYLX biners on other equipment because they do seem pretty strong. I'm using the spreader plate on my home-made pulley-and-pin system (a two-sided system like a functional trainer) and it works really well and provide a comfortably balanced system. I strongly recommend this spreader plate.

As useful as its size allows. This is still a handy little spreader attachment to have around. Especially if you find yourself at hotel gyms fairly often. Or have the specific need. Otherwise I’d say spend a bit more, go a bit bigger, and gain more options to sculpt your back. But the quality on offer here does enough to stay relevant. It’s also become a new best friend to my GTS system. Effectively turning a dual handle sled into a single bar sled. And that kind of versatility is worth its weight in gold.So for me the value is high. The niche need is there and the micro adjustments offer just enough flexibility. It’s been a workhorse for back work. Lat pulls, delts, overheads, side stuff, rows, etc. etc.The more you hook this little attachment on, the more you tinker with it. And the more uses you discover. Not to mention it includes a suite of three quality carabiners and two spinners. Further boosting that value again. The coating does scratch off. And that’s about the only knock on it I have; beyond the small footprint. But if you have the use and you don’t need anything bigger? This little spreader will perform. The quality will speak for itself.Cheers

The multi-grip lat pull down spreader attachment is very durable with a comfort of safety. It's very versatile with the different ways that you can use it. It comes with 3 carabiners and 2 swivel attachments. I've been using this in my home gym with my cable machine, where I can position two d-handles on each side for doing bayesian cable curls, or pull down curls, and many more variations of exercises making it's functionality very versatile. This spreader attachment is approximately 6 inches wide (see photos I provided), so it fits my dual cables perfectly. I do have one complaint, which is the reason for knocking off one star, the thickness of this attachment is about 1/4 inch thick, and quite a bit of margin around the edges to the holes, which limits the use of smaller carabiners that won't fit. Overall, the value for the money is very reasonable and I can highly recommend it.

This attachment is very durable and can help to connect multiple cables together through a centralized attachment. It came with 3 carabiners where 1 connects to your own attachment (see my lat pulldown for example) and the other 2 connect to the cables on the rack you use.I think this specific adapter is meant for smaller racks or a connection between cables that are closer, as my rack (Ritfit m1pro) has some slack on both sides, making it a bit more difficult to change the weight stack I have. All in all this does exactly what it sets out to do and it’s incredibly durable!

Ordered both options and was very disappointed. First off the actual black pieces had coating issues. They were chipped and looks like after machining were not cleaned. There are big bumps under the coating like shavings are under it. 2nd out of 6 carabineers (again I bought 2 types) 4 were severely corroded as if they were sitting in water they are unusable. I'm am very dissatisfied they were in horrible condition. The machined pieces will serve their purpose so can't complain to much there. Just wish the carrabineers were useable.
