Whether you need a dj mic stand, studio microphone stand, microphone tripod, or boom microphone stand, this kit delivers reliability. From rehearsal room to stage, every microphone stand for singing and every singing microphone stays performance-ready.
First off, the mic itself feels solid. Not like those plasticy ones you get in cheap bundles. It’s got a nice weight to it, feels like it could take a few drops (not that I’ve dropped it...yet ). The sound quality is crisp — I tested it with my speaker setup and my voice came through clear, no weird buzzing or muffled tones. Even my cousin who’s super picky about audio was like “yo, this sounds clean.”The stand is adjustable from 18 to 70 inches, which is awesome cuz I’m tall and hate bending over to sing. The boom arm is 17 inches and makes it super easy to position the mic just right without blocking your face or getting in the way. I had to fiddle with the knobs a bit to get it tight, but once it’s locked in, it stays put. No drooping mid-song, which is a win. Also, major props to Bowens for including all the extras — the cable is long enough for most setups, the adapter worked with my older amp, and the foam covers are clutch for cutting down on breath sounds and pops. They even threw in a case, which isn’t fancy but def helps keep everything together. I’ve already taken it to two events and it’s held up great.Setup was super easy. Plugged it in, turned on the speaker, and boom — ready to go. No complicated instructions or weird pairing steps. Just plug and play. I even tried it with my portable karaoke machine and it worked like a charm.Overall, this mic kit is a total steal. Whether you’re singing, speaking, teaching, or just messing around with friends, it’s got everything you need. I’m probly gonna grab another one for my buddy who’s starting a YouTube channel. For the price, it’s kinda unbeatable.
Original review. - non-removable cable needs to be XLR, The duffle bag and the stand both pretty goodUpdate today is 9.27.25 Bowens reached out. About my review. And I'm impressed. I changed my 3 star up to a 4 star. Just because they care, most companies don't. And the fact that they're willing to put in the effort to send a message to me. Shows me a lot. They advised that they do offer microphones that have XLR options, I responded explaining that I just care about having interchanging cables for the lifespan of the product.
I’ve been in music production for years, and honestly, this Bowens Dynamic Microphone setup really impressed me. The mic sounds clear and full, and it does a great job cutting down on background noise. It’s not some cheap, tinny-sounding mic, it actually feels and sounds solid. The stand and boom arm are sturdy and easy to adjust, and I like that it comes with everything you need, the cable, adapter, foam covers, and even a case. You don’t have to go hunting for extra parts.I mainly use this for karaoke parties I set up, and it works perfectly every time. The sound is great, setup is quick, and everything feels reliable. For the price, this kit is a steal. Definitely recommend it if you want a good all-around mic setup without spending a ton.
I brought this Bowens dynamic microphone kit to a party where I set up my PA for some music, and it performed flawlessly! The mic and adjustable stand feel sturdy and professional—easy to assemble, stable on the floor, and the boom arm makes positioning a breeze whether for singing or speaking. The microphone itself delivers clear, powerful vocals with zero feedback or noise issues, making it a great pick for karaoke, live music, or announcements.Setup is totally plug-and-play: everything needed was in the case (mic, stand, boom, cable, adapters, foam covers), so getting started took just a couple of minutes. The included cable is generously long for flexible placement, and the foam covers help cut down on any pops or wind noise. For the price, the whole bundle is an absolute steal—feels professional, works great, and is way more complete than many kits costing twice as much.If you want a reliable, easy-to-use mic setup for parties, amateur gigs, or home karaoke, this one is totally worth it. Impressed by how much you get and the performance in a live PA setting!
I should have known from the price, but the pictures on Amazon fooled me. It looked like a solid stand, and came with a nice bag. Now we get to the microphone. It can’t keep the top attached to the bottom, the stand barely holds it, and the sound is pretty tin sounding. I think it is fine for a younger singer at that price point.
This is a great dynamic microphone, that is easily transported to gigs, with a very nice carry bag and a fully adjustable Mic stand. It has a 17" boom and also comes with cables also. This is great to have as an extra to carry with me to Nursing homes when I go entertain.
The mic stand is flimsy. The mic is just OK for what it is. I don’t have any other mics with a 1/4” cable permanently attached so there is that. The bag isn’t amazing. I’d definitely pass on this package unless you absolutely need it and nothing else is available.
Works perfect
