This little turtle is easy to use and read and it floats around gauging the water temperature.If you forget to turn this turtle off after removing it from the water, this will turn off automatically after 10-15 minutes, but to save the battery, you should get in a habit of turning the turtle off. This does come with a battery and this is not rechargable.Overall, this works well, looks great and is priced fair. This is a great way to continue to make bath time fun and safe.

This is an adorable floating baby bath thermometer that's super simple to use since it'll automatically turn on once it is placed in water or if any buttons are pressed. It's easy to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit with the corresponding button and you can adjust the temperature alerts with the other 2 buttons on the underside.This particular thermometer is battery operated and comes with one already inside. I personally think I don't really have much of a preference between battery or rechargeable, although it is nice to not have to keep track of yet another specialized charging cord with this thermometer.

I tried this bath thermometer out compared to my instant read kitchen thermometer, and got about the same temperature, give or take a little bit. A red light flashes to let you know the water is too hot. Floats well on top of the water, can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, and batteries are easy to change.

I didn't know this was even a "thing", but i love it! This makes giving my grandbaby baths sooo much easier. I was using the really old fashioned method of dipping my elbow into the bath water to check if it was too hot (it kinda works) but now I know for sure what the temperature is.Very cute, friendly looking little turtle. This comes with button batteries, and I've included pics of the instructions. The button batteries are a little difficult to open, but probably a good thing around a baby...This is a good value for it's accuracy and usefulness.

It does have a nice presentation to give as a gift.This type of product is important for safety not only for babies, but also for children that take baths. It is very easy to use and comes within a clear instruction paper. I am attaching a photo and I have enhanced it so it is easier to read.It automatically turns on once you put it in the water. You can set it for a certain temperature that the light will flash red to alert you. I did not set it and once it got over 100° the red light started flashing. It comes set to Celsius and you can change it to Fahrenheit. I used a thermal tester and I found the temperature to be accurate within 2°.Is a very cute design and nice color combination. Although it does have an on and off button on the back, it will automatically turn off once removed from the water within 5 to 10 minutes. To save the battery, it's a better idea to turn it off.Overall I thought this was a great product that is reasonably priced and a must for anyone with babies or small children.

This is really cute and I love how easy it is to read and function. There are three buttons on the back, one for C/F, one for setting the high temperature alert, and an off button. I like that you can set the high temp alert to the temps of your choosing, and that there is actually an off button! Another one I had you just had to wait for it to power itself off and waste batteries. The batteries are seal with a clip that holds the screwed on top extra secure and keeps your little one safe. The temperature is accurate with our indoor thermometer, so it reliable.

This is a really cool little toy for the tub, and it doubles as a water thermometer. It makes bath time more fun while also giving peace of mind with accurate temperature readings. The floating turtle design is cute, and the added safety benefit is great for newborns and toddlers.
