Really pleased with our security cameras - easy to set up and monitor all without paying additional subscription. You can see clearly what's happening on your phone from wherever you are (wifi permitting). We had a problem with one camera but the excellent support service sent a replacement camera out immediately free of charge no questions asked - brilliant service.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto circa un anno fa e come faccio spesso preferisco aspettare e testare a fondo un prodotto prima di recensirlo.Avevo la necessità di prendere due telecamere a energia solare perché non volevo effettuare collegamenti elettrici aggiuntivi.Questo prodotto è perfetto per le mie esigenze.Si ricarica perfettamente e mantiene la carica senza problemi.Possibilità di rotazione e sollevamento/abbassamento.Qualità audio e video molto buona.Ma sono due gli aspetti che mi hanno veramente colpito e che ancora oggi mi farebbero scegliere prodotti aosu:la semplicità dell' app e il suo ecosistema capace di avere tutte le telecamere connesse ad una sola interfaccia con avvisi in tempo reale e tipologia di intrusione.L'assistenza aosu è eccezionale, purtroppo dopo un anno dall' acquisto ho avuto dei problemi con la stazione base e appena ho comunicato il problema all' assistenza con numero prodotto e fattura mi hanno risposto immediatamente che mi avrebbero spedito un nuovo prodotto sostitutivo (tra 5 giorni dovrebbe arrivare).Consigliatissimo

Overall, I am happy with these cameras. They were easy to setup, good video and are working well. They are maintaining their charge, even though one camera is not getting direct sun. I really like the pan feature and how it tracks movement.I did have an issue with a battery on one camera. I contacted customer service and Julie was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had a replacement sent to me very quickly.Good product and good customer service.

Je cherchais une camera facile d’installation , sans fil et avec une recharge Solaire , le Pack Aosu avec la station de stockage 32Go/antenne WIFI 2,4 et 5 GHz + deux camera 360° avec recharge solaire m’apporte tout ce dont j’avais besoin , le tout est livré bien emballé à l’abri des chocs dans un packaging Premium de qualité , tous les câbles sont fournis , 2USB C , 1 câble Ethernet , une alimentation pour la base , fixation et vis ,1 gabarit pour le perçage et la pose des supports , en premier il faut mettre en charge les deux camera , après avoir mis l’application sur mon téléphone et crée un compte chez Aosu , l’installation de la base et des cameras est très intuitive et il faut simplement brancher en ethernet la base sur votre BOX internet et suivre les indications , scanner en premier le QR Code de la station d’accueil avec votre téléphone une fois cela fait il faut suivre simplement les consignes demandés , c’est d’une simplicité enfantine , la mise à jour des firmware est proposée et après quelques minutes l’ensemble est prêt à être installé , J’ai constaté que l’une des camera avait une portée wifi plus faible que l’autre ainsi que quelques ralentissements quand je la plaçais même endroit que la première camera , pas de soucis j’ai conversé directement avec l’assistance technique via l’application , la réponse d’un technicien se fait dans la minute et en français , après avoir effectué quelques manipulations avec le technicien pour améliorer la connexion, et envoyer des photos de ma configuration via l’application , il me propose de me renvoyer dans la foulée une camera , j’ai reçu la nouvelle camera sous 48 heures via AMAZON , celle-ci fonctionne très bien , je met aussi un 5 Étoiles pour le SAV qui est efficace et qui ne vous laisse pas tomber .Une marque peu avoir des soucis de fabrication , quand cela est réglé avec professionnalisme avec une personne compétente , ç’est vraiment un grand + .Maintenant passons au principal les cameras , l’image est parfaite , autant en journée qu’en vision nocturne , idem pour la vision nocturne en couleur , la détection des personnes est très efficace ,la notification arrive très rapidement sur votre téléphone , le panneau photovoltaïque permet de recharger rapidement la camera qui la nuit ne perdent que quelques % tant elle est économe en courant . Toutes les vidéo sont stockées dans la base d’accueil qui fait office de borne wifi pour les camera ce qui ne sature pas le wifi de votre box , pas besoin de prendre l’abonnement cloud qui est proposé en option pour ceux qui le désirent . Coté application c’est clair , pas de bug la visu en direct de toutes les camera est fluide , idem lorsque l’on regarde les vidéos capturées , un accès facile à toutes les options de réglage des cameras et de la base , possibilité de converser avec l’intru qui se trouve chez vous avec le micro et le haut parleur intégré , possibilité d’allumer les lampes LED à distance, elles éclairent bien , il est possible d’activer un mode automatique pendant une absence , une sirène se déclenche lorsqu’un individu est détecté .Matériel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Application ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️SAV ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Merci Aosu

Pros:- Easy to set up. Cameras work well, and image is decent, but not "license-plate-clear" past maybe 30 feet in low light.- App seems nice and easy to use also.- Love the "no subscription required" event recording feature, and the remote live "PTZ" viewing.- Unpowered battery life seems to be a couple/few days, which is decent.- Cameras can run on Solar or USB C power (adapters not provided, only the cables).Cons:- Re: motion sensing - be sure to set each camera's "Default View" so it can "see 'em coming a mile away", because the camera has a 1-2 second delay between "sensing" and "acting", meaning if one can run fast enough to beat that delay, the camera might miss him.- "360° panning" is true, BUT be aware that when the camera hits "360°", it stops tracking and moving, until the object in question returns to view. If not, camera resets to its default position in 30 seconds. This means that camera placement must accommodate that weakness."Color Night Vision" means a LIGHT comes on, triggering the sensor to revert camera to color. It looks great, but if you don't want a bright light coming on, then black-and-white night vision is all you get.- Re: Subscription fees... Aosu sort of "hides" info about subscription plans until you actually get the app, sign in, and look at the deals, which is a bit shady. Also, it's pricey if you opt for a "Plus" subcription, which goes up in price with EACH camera. A 5-cam subscription is like $280 per year.- I bought a four-camera system, but they only offer a three- or a five-camera subscription. So they've either got you buying not enough or too much in some cases. Also, in order to control five cameras on the app, you need to buy ANOTHER Homebase, because each one apparently only accommodates four cameras unless you but the big 6-camera package with a bigger Homebase.- ALSO, not all cameras go with all base srstions BE CAREFUL when buying, if you plan to add stuff later - be sure everything is compatible. VERY confusing.So this is all kind of scrambled, perhaps on purpose to make you spend more money, which is obnoxious. Definitely not the cheapest service, but it does open up some cool features, if you got the money.Overall, a good system, but they're sneaky with the pricing, and there a few "buggers" to be accommodated in your settings/placement. Experimentation is in order. Took me 4 hours to settle on 4 good places/settings for the cameras, as the only way to know if the placement is good, is to install it and then find out. Very hard to hold the camera and test placement.Bottom line, it's a good system and app, BUT be aware of these weaknesses and check subscription pricing and component cross-compatibility before buying.

I haven't had to worry about charging them once!The video quality is excellent, with clear 2K resolution and impressive color night vision. Having secure local storage on the included Homebase provides total peace of mind without the burden of recurring subscription costs. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting simple, effective, and budget-friendly outdoor monitoring.

I am really impressed with this camera system. I purchased the two camera and base unit kit. It was extremely easy to install and set up. Camera quality both day and night is spot on and the app is easy and straightforward to use. Even in December the cameras are charging with limited sun and short daylight hours. I did have a charging issue on one camera but this was resolved really quickly by Lynette and the customer service team, who provided an immediate response and checked up to make sure the fix they suggested had worked.I think these systems are great value for money and have no problem recommending them.

Based on the features of various systems we researched on, we decided to purchase this AOSU system. We are very happy with this security system. The installation is straightforward. The user manual is easy to follow and it didn’t take much time for us to set it up. The image quality is superb. We tested all the functionality and everything works perfectly. We are especially pleased with the friendly and supportive customer service. We had some difficulties with one of the mounting brackets. When we reached out to AOSU customer support, we got immediate response. Julie, AOSU support team member, was very responsive and staying in touch with us throughout the process until the issue was resolved. To sum up, AOSU security cameras we purchased is a high quality system and its customer support is top notch. We are very happy with the purchase and highly recommend this security system.
