08-03-2026Sometimes when you are doing a presentation or presenting a project for a class you might need just a little bit more than your normal speaking voice to reach the room. This microphone and speaker combo can do that for you. Its a nice compact setup that comes with a sling so you can wear it and the fact it requires no cables is convenient, so you can walk around with the lavalier clipped to your collar and the speaker drawn over your should to free up both hands for whatever you may be doing, the mic has a mute button on it so thats convenient. Its about what you would expect as far as build quality, kind of plastic feeling but not too brittle, besides that the only downside is the sound quality, Its tinny and when you turn it up higher it gets kind of distorted, even louder and youre going to pick up the speaker sound on the mice and get reverb. so if you want to really turn it up you need to not be wearing it so you prevent the high pitched reverb on the speaker.
